Appalling service, still not arrived after 25 days. Slow boat from China, do not order from them.

The bracelet was for adult grandson, it wouldn't fit and nothing to adjust the size. They should stipulate this as a waste of money and no use. Would never buy off them again!

I ordered an item that went back without my knowing. I contacted the company and they soon had it sent back to me with an extra freebie. Thank you

Reported this as a scam due to no delivery within stated time and sending 3 emails with no reply.
I then receive the bracelets! VERY poor quality. One needed glueing as the strap was twisted, the other wouldn’t open and broke when we tried. The slide box was not as described and there was just a small card in each box with the sentiment on. This was advertised as being on the lid.
Reviewed the items on their website and immediately got a reply - on CHRISTMAS DAY late evening!! Too late, items repaired and gifted (with an apology for poor quality)
No refunds due to personalisation but they wanted me to submit photos - no chance! Just will not use this site again. Lesson learned.

If I could leave 0 I would. Appalling customer service that is practically unresponsive. Claim my item was delivered, which it was not to my address. No photographic evidence to prove where the item was left. Avoid shopping here, so many better places to buy

Never received my order.

Placed order on 2nd December, allegedly shipped on the 15th December. I then received an email yesterday asking for a review as my order had been fulfilled 14 days ago.

The items never turned up, the company seems to be uncontactable.

Now I will have to go through my credit card company to recover the money.

I ordered my items,it took 16 days to receive looks cheap and crappy arrived too late so tried to get information to send back, after endless emails with no reply they finally gave me an address to send AUSTRALIA is this a joke ?Will cost £20 plus to send back lol Was supposed to be uk sale, 3 bracelets that won’t even fit a 10 year old, no customer services skills , complete scam, how can they get away with robbing people,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

Not received any confirmation from me ordering. Taken money from my bank though. When emailed, I haven’t got any reply.

After a long wait , the bracelets and necklace finally arrived, to late for my daughters birthday unfortunately, but Jo and team did try their best to get it to me, and customer service was good. I am thrilled with the jewellery and it was well worth the wait, the only reason this is not a five star review was the wait of a month too receive , but it is beautifully packaged as well as beautiful jewellery and I would definitely buy from Ellie-Grace again, but I would prepare myself that delivery may not be within the timeline stated

I had messaged Ellie grace twice about my order I ordered it only because the site said delivery was between 4-7 days . After ordering I then receive an email saying that anything ordered after the 30th September may take up to 10 days . This wasn’t stated before i ordered .Still it didn’t arrive until 14 days later which was too late for me to give as a gift .Had I known any of these things I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from this site . I had emailed them twice and I have not received any contact at all from them .I ordered the product to be delivered in a white box , the lid lifted up and the poem was on the lid but they have sent it in a slide out box that is nothing like the one in the picture . It looks cheap and nasty . I would like to return it but chances are I wouldnt see my money or the product again

I never received my tracking number but Chrissy from the company follows up for me and the items had been waited at the local PO for over a week. Items received were as expected. Just would have liked to have received the tracking information so I didn’t have to chase up my order.

Very sceptical that I will ever get my order. Customer service said order is with Royal Mail and in its way. Day later got a text from Chinese courier to say on flight from China .what am I to believe. Think I have more of a chance or receiving a gift from Santa himself than receiving my order . Something very fishy would not order again. I think it’s an actual scam . Don’t order try someone else with better reputation.

Ordered in time for a birthday today (22/12).
Item has not arrived but is apparently being delivered from China…..says it all really. Total scam it would appear. Will be requesting a refund from PayPal.

I ordered this on 8th December but not received it yet, it was to be part of my grandson’s Christmas but take it, it won’t be.

Ordered the Daughter anxiety ring, paid extra for express shipping which I should have then received it within 3-5 days. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Numerous emails sent and no response. I have even reached out on Facebook page and again just ignored. Will never buy from this company again and I advise others not to either

The grandson bracelet was nice but not the one I ordered this one had name inside but I wanted name actually on Bracelet itself so bit disappointed

Jo has been amazing. She's promptly answered all my questions, and has helped he make the right decision on choosing the perfect, customised piece. I look forward to seeing the final product.

I received my daughters bracelet from you guys. The quality is brilliant. 18 carat gold i got. The note is so heart felt. I lost my youngest daughter in a car accident in 2013 so it is lovely to give my older daughter such a lovely gift. Shell love it
