The Bracelets i ordered were absolutely stunning. My grandsons loved them.. to see the delight in their eyes when i gave them for christmas. Delivery was on time well packed boxes and my queries were answered promptly

Wrong Product/Terrible Customer Service!
Ordered 22nd November on an UK Ellie Grace website with 4 to 7 days shipping stated. It was for my partner's special birthday on 8th December. Only it didn't arrive until nearly a month later after ordering, just before Christmas in late December! Way too late for the birthday gift! AND when it arrived, it was the wrong item! They didn't send it in the mahogany box I ordered but in a cheap and tacky white cardboard slip out box! I would have never ordered that for my partner. E-mailed the company and in two weeks their customer services never responded. So I opened a PayPal claim, then they responded within a few days! They acknowledged from my photos they had sent the wrong item, it was not as described on their website, and their proposal was to send the correct item, but after waiting a month for the first item to arrive, and it being incorrect, and my partner's birthday having already been long gone by over a month now, I didn't want a replacement. I wanted a refund. So when I requested this, they gave a partial refund only. Apparently this is to cover the price difference between what they sent and what I actually ordered! But I don't want what they incorrectly sent! And offering a token partial refund to cover the price difference does not resolve the issue in the first place that they didn't sent the correct item! They asked if I would be willing to return it for a full refund, I said yes, but only if they provide a postage or shipping pre paid label. They refused, and instead asked me to send it back to Australia at my own cost!! It will cost me more than the item price to return it! This company is a complete joke. They do not have customers at the heart at all, they will do anything not to resolve issues and to drag out the time, hoping you'll give up. Proper customer service would have resolved this immediately within a few days with the first e-mail I sent them, not keep me on a merry go round for nearly 2 months now trying to get my money back for their error in not sending me what I actually ordered in the first place! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Be wary. Returns almost impossible. Deliberate delaying tactics on the company's part and postage will cost half of what you originally paid with no guarantee you will get the refund anyway.

I was worried that my item was going to be delayed as I ordered it 1 week before Xmas, I emailed elle Grace as by 23rd it hadn't arrived they got back ASAP to me .
On the 24th it did arrive,I immediately emailed them back letting them know I had received it my grandson loved it and the little poem made him cry. Thanks so much to elle graces jewellery it made his Christmasxxxx

The I love my dad bracelet I got was very nice and my dad loved it for his present. I was a bit worried because when I ordered it I didn’t hear anything until it had arrived but other then that I was very happy with my item :)

The bracelet was for adult grandson, it wouldn't fit and nothing to adjust the size. They should stipulate this as a waste of money and no use. Would never buy off them again!
