What actually made my experience great was that although there was a problem with my order and I had to begin an email exchange to sort it out, I am happy to say that Ellie Grace honoured their offer and everything was rectified. I so appreciated their willingness to resolve things and to ensure that I felt valued as a customer. It just proves that no matter what the problem, good customer relations can always maintain strong consumer ties. I look forward to enjoying more of their beautiful products.

I ordered my 3 grown children special gifts for Christmas. They were supposed to arrive 12/8....I received 1/21. I tried to cancel when there was no additional tracking to arrive by Christmas. I was told they had shipped; but, there was no updated information and they couldn't provide me with any. Just said order being processed. The communication was terrible. When I finally received the items....the pieces were cheap, scratched, and my son's did not have his name as requested in original order even after I had reiterated in an email what should be on the piece. Ellie Grace refused giving a full refund. They offered 30% when every single bit of the frustration was due to their company. So, I received $21 back on an almost $100 order and I'm stuck with pieces I would never give anyone. Their advertisement photos are great....but, being a photographer myself...that's possible with anything. Run from this company. They are not honest or stand with their customers on satisfaction, timely delivery, communication, quality products, or even getting the order correct. And, I know for a fact that my order had not shipped when I tried to cancel. So, I was lied to.

I ordered a bracket for my partners birthday back in early Jan I’m still waiting to date, I’ve been emailing and said everything is in hand and they will check then I leave it and email again and get the same response ! but it’s obviously not so frustrating requested a refund and they just avoid that in the email really disappointed

The illustrations of the bracelet and the card that accompanied it were very clear and said exactly what I wanted to express! Just the sort of bracelet that modern teens love to wear.

Placed late Friday had the items following Tuesday very quick delivery and in a lonely box love these hug rings going to give to my granddaughters so they will remember me

I can't be more impressed with the service I have received from Ellie grace. They have replaced a bracelet for me as it didn't fit my husband. I had a speedy reply to my e-mail and a perfect result to my issue. I will definitely deal with the company anytime and recommend them to anyone. Jan Hamblin

Very pleased with the product (gift) however 6 months done the track I did experience a wear related issue. My doing / lack of care. The process of getting a replacement band in my case was quick and painless. Thank you.

Unfortunately, a ring I bought for my daughter caused her finger to turn green after just one day of wearing it. Her hands were clean and she doesn’t usually react this way. When I tried to return it, their response was very slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. They only replied after I chased them, providing advice on how to wear the ring without oils or hand products. I reassured them her hands were clean and that I didn't expect a ring to cause this. After a lengthy back-and-forth and waiting for emails, they offered a partial refund. By then, I was fed up and couldn't be bothered with the hassle insisting on a full refund and return. The ring is now sitting unused in a drawer, and will probably end up in the bin. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I purchased the mother and daughter bracelet which was absolutely beautiful better than I expected,also got the leather one for my nephew and put his siblings names on it which was also a good buy ,made very strong material. Definitely would purchase from here again. Things aren’t expensive so I didn’t have to much expectation to be honest,but definitely pleased with what I bought.

I bought one for my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary in March 2025, and he STILL wears it to this day with love and pride. I was skeptical as I didn’t know the company, I won’t lie, but am super happy and would happily buy again from Ellie Grace. Beautiful bracelets, , and a beautiful way to show someone you love them.

Purchasing online jewellery for the 1st time from this store definitely has given me reassurance that items are what they are displayed and made with respect and quality

I had issues with postage and receiving, xmas etc. Whee my first order did not arrive, I contacted Ellie Grace to determine tracking. The staff were excellent at helping to sort where my item was, and when we could not find, were happy and eager to replace with another at no charge. this speaks volumes about great customer service!

I ordered 4 bracelets for my Grandson's for Christmas. They were over the moon with them. Unfortunately one came apart. Sent a email to them and a photo , it was replaced straight away. The girls at Ellie Grace are just wonderful. I had some personal issues after buying a couple of bracelets and needed to send them back unfortunately. They were so lovely and treated me with so much kindness and respect and allowed me to send them back for a refund. The bracelets were so lovely and the quality was amazing but unfortunately my Grandaughter’s stated that they were too dressy for them as they are both soccer players and love the surf so they wouldn’t get the wear out of them.
The service was wonderful and i would never hesitate in buying something else from them.
