Ordered flowers with a set delivery date which the website and receipt confirmed delivery date. Then got an email on the date saying they would be delivered the day after ruining the anniversary surprise. No info before this states the flowers would be delivered late Company really slow at dealing with issue and said dates not guaranteed. If the website let's you book specific dates that are not necessarily the date you'll get the flowers this should be clearly stated instead of promising dates for delivery
on their main page Had to get the transaction reversed by credit card company. They offered a refund if they collected the flowers but then refused to because the box they were sent in and fallen apart in the post!!! Stay away.
Use interflora, same price and flowers are at least fresh sent to the house by a local florist instead of in the post
