All the team at Elliotts were really helpful. They gave us a realistic valuation and sent the whole team round to look over the property so that everyone knew what they were selling. They really earned their fee after we had accepted an offer - making sure that the transaction went smoothly and mediating with our young and nervous buyers.

I used Elliott’s to sell my flat in Hove. Sally was the agent on my case. She was on it with viewings and managed to lock in a buyer very promptly at the asking price. Sally was so professional, excellent at communicating with me and there to guide me through the whole process. None of this could have been achieved without her. I recently sold my central Hove flat with Elliotts and they did an amazing job. Steve provided a realistic valuation taking into consideration market conditions which were very tough and also listened to my needs and requirements. They got me many many viewings and I received weekly update calls from Steve so I was always aware of how things were going. Once a sale was agreed Brian and Ben managed the sale through, dealing with all the solicitors and other agents. Elliotts in Hove were fantastic . From the beginning they were so kind to my mum, who really felt listened to and was impressed, we didn't get that same level of service from other companies. My mum feels so lucky to get the property, one we initially dismissed (they were proactive and rang us to convince her to visit but not in a pushy way, they knew my mum better than me)! The purchase was an incredibly stressful time (not their fault, we were also selling a house and had a difficult chain). I have so much more respect for real estate agencies now, who have to juggle multiple roles on a daily basis, from admin to basically being a psychologist, conflict resoluter, miracle worker, all at the same time!
