No customer service at all
The first day I tried to phone there was no answer. I then sent a WhatsApp & someone phoned me back . This was the only proactive service I received. After sending through picture of the item I wanted valued as requested I waited 2 weeks & did not get a call back. I text twice & did not get an answer. I then called a few days later and was told someone would get back to me and 3 days later I am still
