Sent defective unit.No communication lately.
I think yo guys are legit, but you sent me a used Titan MINI, and told me I might want to get a Titan 2.0 instead, to make keyboard entry easier. Fair enough. However it took a long time to get reimbursed for the MINI and several emails. In the meantime I am told the Titan 2.0 is not in stock right now and you are ignoring my requests for an update on when it might be shipped. I had hoped to get strted on cold wallet many weeks ago, and I still have not received my Ellipal unit. Please contact me with an update. I still believe your product is worth having, but so far it has been frustrating. Also your website should show titan 2.0 is out of stock and for how long.

Great company great products
Customer service is great. The titan 2.0 took some getting used to but the x card is a breeze to set up. I highly suggest getting both for the ultimate security.

I had a ''Something Error message'' in my Ellipal Titan 2.0.
Only on asset (XRP) was impacted. My amount was still there but all the past transaction where gone. I wrote to the customer service and they responded very quickly. In less than 6 hours the problem was fixed. Very fast reply and an excellent service.

Perfect. I've had the Mini for a couple of years, at least. Their email support is FAST...it's usually same day. I just now had an issue with their new app. I use a deGoogled OS, GrapheneOS. The app would crash. Got onto support and two days later, they had a potential fix they wanted to beta with me. IT WORKED. I don't know where else you will get that experience. I have a Ledger and they don't even respond to tech requests, EVER.
