Trust and confidence are two things that can't be compromised on when choosing a hardware provider for crypto wallets. I had an issue that was 100% a software bug and 0% an issue on the hardware side. Ellipal support responded very quickly with a sense of urgency and totally knocked it out of the park with a quick backend fix. Could not be happier

There are some good and bad with trying to use this cold wallet at first but once you figure out how to navigate it it's not bad. I wish the list of coins was larger then it is but hopefully over time. I do feel my coins are safe on this wallet.

I have been using Ellipal Titan for 6-7 years,I like that you don't have to connect it anywhere,and recently I ordered myself plastic cards similar to bank cards,I hope that in the near future I will use them exactly as I use bank cards.I would like to write more about the X cards, but I haven’t held them in my hands yet. The thing is that I am away in another country and the cards arrived in my country at my address of residence, and I will only be able to write something specific about them in October...Thanks to the Ellipal company that they are always with us and think about the safety of our assets.

I was told I would receive my product in 3 to 5 days it was one month 21 days before I received my product and I tried to get a refund which I was denied so who would be happy with my experience.

Great storage for my crypto, user friendly.

I order it and I waited for 7 weeks and when I emailed to tell them to cancel my order he said it would be coming next week and offered my 10.00 discount to wait and see if I like it. I told them no and had another wallet already. The following week I was offered $15 discount and it could be sent right away. I said no thanks. And they sent it anyway and then said it was sent before I canceled which was a lie. As soon as I got it I sent it back and it wasn't from your factory and was told not to send it to Ellipal but to another address and the name was Allen. Which I thought was suspicious because I was expecting it from the factory. To top it off I had for a return label to send it back and they said they did not do that. Very bad experience ! I order a D'CENT wallet and had it in 7 days and the seal was broken so they sent me another and paid for shipping for the first one. From the FACTORY ! A lot of scams out there in crypto and having someone buy them from you and resale them to other people sounds like a scam

Great quality product at a reasonable price.

Card access to crypto account and trading features certainly much more convenient and secure than the older hardware system. No need to charge equipment is also a great convenience.

My wallet self destructed when I tried to update the firmware, I contacted the company they said that it was out of warranty. I decided to buy a new one, when I got it the device had few thin black lines going across the screen. Once I contacted ellipal they promptly sent a new 1 and told me to keep the other device. Even if the device has few lines going across the screen works so now not only I have a new wallet but also a spare one. When I restored my account the operation was a breeze very easy and fast, overall very happy with this company.

Great customer service with all my emails. They respond quickly and have helped me resolve all my questions or issues. The most recent issue required the developers to get involved and they did fix the issue, which was great! The reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I wish they provided a better manual to help reduce the learning curve for a new crytpo investor. Also, the updates are somewhat difficult being that it requires the SD card and a necessity to have a device that reads it, but I guess this is required for the device to keep its security features. The main reason I bought this is for the air-gap feature - knowing my crypto is safe from any security issues. Also one great feature they added to the app is the ability to add your custom tokens. You just have to paste in the address.
