Excellent service from start to delivery with Ellis Home Interiors. . We received several texts (and even a call) to check we were OK with the timing of delivery. Delivery was on time , and the delivery guys were very helpful and knowledgable about how to unpack and check the item!
Very pleased with my hall console table too.

Although the sideboard was top quality,
I accidentally broke the marble top whilst unpacking it,
Enquired off Ellis if I could purchase it separately,
As far as I see they have made no effort to source where the tops are made,
So therefore I rate their after sales as abysmal

My whole experience with Eillis Home interiors was great from start to finish, delivery and customer service was more than satisfactory and I love my dining table. It was a “blind buy” and the website information & product details was extremely accurate as were the online images.

My wife and I purchased a chair for our sitting room via the online sales channel of Ellis Home Interiors. We had seen the chair elsewhere but it was competitively priced at Ellis so we opted for them. The chair itself is comfortable, it is a nice design in our view and the fabric colour suited our requirements. The online ordering process was efficient. The chair was delivered within the timescale specified at the time of ordering, the chair was very securely packaged and the people who delivered it arrived well within the agreed time slot and notified us in advance of their time of arrival. So all in all a first class buying experience.

Order delivered earlier than I expected especially with the run up to Christmas. Have ordered with Ellis Homes before and no problems then either. Brilliant service.

I love it!! it has changed my bedroom. It looks so new, shiny and posh. It arrived very promptly and I was surprised with it being near Christmas. The headboard looks better in real life than in the pictures. I can highly recommend this company both in quality of goods and delivery. The price was right too and definitely good value for money - everything was just perfect.

Great service from ordering to the delivery

The selection of products on Ellis Interiors website is so lovely. I found a unique wall mirror that really compliments my decor and isn’t like anything else I’ve seen elsewhere. It was extremely well priced too. Item arrived promptly and the quality is great. So nice in fact, I ordered another one! I have also recommended the website to two friends who complimented the mirror now hanging in my home. Thank you!

Lovely furniture, very helpful staff on chat and on phone. Furniture in perfect condition, and exactly as expected. The only reason this is not a 5 star was because of surly drivers who had difficulty unloading their van ( some items fell from the van onto the tarmac as they tried to unload - not ours thankfully!) and dumped the items in the living room, refused to open the boxes to let us examine them leaving two pensioners to deal with them. Most companies also dispose of the packing too these days. Such a shame.

The purchase was an oak gate leg table. It was easy to find, order and pay for on the website. I was contacted to arrange delivery which, although a little later than the stated time slot, came on the day agreed and was competently delivered. The table is of very high quality both in materials and construction and I am very pleased with it.

I purchased 3 items of furniture from Ellis Home Interiors. One piece came in damaged. I contacted Ellis Immediately. They said they would send out someone to look at the damage and repair it. If they couldn't repair it they would replace the damaged item.
It took weeks before anyone came over. E-mails back and forth.
When it came to the repair, they repaired the damage and sprayed the damaged area with the wrong shade or cream. The chap said it was an old can of paint and he would come back and do it again with the right shade. He never. Ellis apologised but did nothing. I have requested a replacement but nothing happened. No compensation offer, Nothing.
The company should be ashamed of themselves for treating customer this way.
