It's a brand I can trust that they will deliver high quality products. Discounts are often super generous and the delivery process took a very short time.
Excellent Customer Service. Works better on call compared to online chat. The product is beautiful too but had a strange design error which we managed to fix somehow.

Mismatch of picture and delivered object
I had ordered a thermo bottle and it was a matt silver bottle in the picture but I came in metalic white and the customer service denied it though I sent the screenshot from the website. Delivery was also only after 2 weeks. Will never order again!

Bad expirience with Ellose
I bought couple of items for my home there. It was a good experience, except last part. When you pay on site everything goes by default. And if you do not pay a lot attention, you’ll end up with paying with their payment system elpy. It’s automatically assigned to monthly payment, which costs money. So I kind of feel not good with that. Company which use your inattention to force use of their paid payment system.
