ELM EA elm-ea.com by Jared Winston is a total scam! Stay away! I bought it 2 years ago but never make any cents! He has disappeared now and the website also down. No responds to support request as well. License also not working.

I purchased the ELM EA pro last Dec 2023 after running it on demo previously. However, the results of real live trading were far from the demo results. I used different brokers and the results were pretty much the same - more losses than gains, and the losses were bigger than the gains, quickly eroding my capital. I complained to Jared Winston, a pseudonym for a Russian guy who I think stays in Singapore, about the results and the differences when I ran both demo and live simultaneously. However, after insulting me, mocking me, making fun of me, and downright making me look like a fool, I eventually decided to stop using his algorithmic software. I have never experienced being mocked and ridiculed by a software merchant, especially one whose membership is only 800+ and scarcely gets new members by the droves. If anyone is interested to see what he wrote to me, I can send the screen shots. Don't bother buying from him. His official website no longer works. His only site is the forum where members write about their experiences, and I think many are not real. You won't get much help from either the members or from the developer himself, who hardly replies and takes days. By then your patience would have run out. You'll lose a lot of money and time testing and testing on demo which gives good results, but when you run it on live, that's when your problems will begin. His settings are no good. He doesn't even explain what those are for and yet he says to "learn" how to use the settings correctly. All BS right? He even sends out "economic updates" as if those would help you "trade better" when the EA is supposed to do the trading for you, right? So instead of buying from him $2500 worth of crap, you're better off checking other vendors and merchants who are more customer-friendly, will answer you quickly and with better explanation, and will guide you properly on how to use your EA. Don't ever try anything algorithmic or those that fancy quick trading on sudden movements. Those are very much pure BS and a waste of time and opportunity and it evens requires a VPS, another expense item you won't have to bother with when you buy a non-algo EA. or just get a reliable indicator and trade it yourself. You can make more profits and control your entry/exit better than an EA. Just remember, this guy Jared is a conman. He will pester you to buy his EA after testing his demo version. Don't believe the nice things being said about him on the forum. Most of them are fakes. Once you buy, you're on your own, and believe me, he will make it appear that you're the only one who is not happy with his software, when in fact, his surveys show that 55-65% of the respondents lost money using his software. So his other clients are losing money and yet they're happy? Doesn't take much brainpower to know what he's saying is pure garbage. So stay away and warn your friends and family not to buy from him ever.
