Professional service
Phil arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough job, however the areas where there was more deep staining have not come out, and now look patchy. Don't know whether that was because of the clean, or perhaps because we left the cleaning too long.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Worst service I have ever experienced! Booked carpet and oven clean. Partner took the day off to be in for the clean, turned up late only to moan at my partner he couldnt find a parking space (we have garages right opposite our house). Told my partner he's going to go park the van and never came back. I was at work and got a text (NO PHONE CALL) to say he won't be back as there's no parking. I had to then leave my clients to tell my partner he wasn't coming back. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and partner had spent all of Friday eve clearing out the spare room and moving bits downstairs to make it easier to do carpets and I couldn't help as I'm not allowed to lift anything! Said he needed the van parked right outside yet failed to tell us this upon booking! And we have garages right opposite that can be used. I have had carpets done before and never had a problem with a van not being straight outside the property, not everyone has a drive!!!!! Disgusted that he didn't even come back to apologise or explain situation and just left. Tried to call back multiple times and rejected calls. DISGUSTING! No apologies or offers to compensate for the disgusting service received! Worst company I have ever come across!
