I am very happy with my twin ovens which now are sparkling like new. Phil was very professional and very knowledgeable removing all signs of baked-on oven grime and checking all was working perfectly and spotless. It’s not smoking any more. Very pleased with the price.

No one turned up. Rang over 5 times with no response and sent multiple emails. Wouldn’t trust this company and wouldn’t recommend.

They arrived the time they said excellent job oven looked brand new, very helpful and cleaned up leaving no mess very polite

Had oven cleaned booked online very easy guy arrived when meant too cleaned up after and my oven looks like new

We had our carpets cleaned by this company. The carpets were left absolutely soaked and as the 'technician' who's actually the director of the company said they will be dry within 2-4hrs.

The carpets took around 4 days to dry, we now have a terrible smell coming from the carpets.

We've contacted the company who said they take no liability for the damage of the carpets and that the carpets were never left wet, which is a lie.

They've refused to come out to even check the carpets and try to make things right which is outrageous from a company that's advertising they're 'ready to provide you with a top-rate service'.

Another carpet company refused to clean our carpets as they believe the underlay was over soaked and everything needs replacing.

We not have to replace our underlay and carpets.

AVOID if you don't want to spend money on a new carpet.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible company.
Completely soaked my sons carpets, they are all now ruined and having to be replaced. They haven't even been out to see them. Disgusting.

This company recently cleaned our oven and carpets as moving out of a property. They did a great job and were not as expensive as other companies in the area. Also friendly staff and showed up on time.

Booked two appointments online, one for my carpets to be cleaned the other for my oven. Both appointments confirmed by email but nobody showed up!
I had no telephone call, text or email to explain why. I telephoned the company and no-one answered. I just can't believe how unprofessional this company is!

Booked online for a single oven clean and the technician turned up on time and did a fantastic job. My mum booked after see saw how clean my oven looks. Thank you

AVOID! Booked via website which confirmed my appointment for oven, hob & extractor cleaning. Then get an email telling me the job cannot be done in the allotted time. After discussion on email & sending photos, we agreed to just have the double oven cleaned & not the hob or extractor fan. On the day of the clean, receive an email 1hour 15mins before the appointment time to say the oven cleaner is running late & won’t be able to make the appointment. Not “will be a bit late” but can’t make it at all. Rearranged for 2 days later, just received email saying they are cancelling appointment due to technician coming into contact with a customer with covid this morning. Even if this is true (I don't believe a customer wouldn't have cancelled if they had covid) the current ruling is if you are vaccinated with no symptoms you don't have to self isolate.

If they don't want the business, then why put the times available on the website & rearrange appointment. I now see from other reviews that this disorganisation is not new.

Efficiency is doing things right. Effectiveness is doing the right things – unfortunately this business does neither.

great job, completed by a nice man. The ovens and hob look as new. Even if I spent all day, with dangerous chemicals, I couldn't make them look anywhere near as clean.
I would thoroughly recommend. This is the second time they've cleaned mine and I'm just as impressed as I was the first time.

These guys are the best in the area, they were so helpful, professional and affordable. Cleaning our carpets in our flat was a great, quick and easy process.

Tried to book 2 rugs to be collected and cleaned. They responded with a quote, made arrangements then they cancelled saying too busy and could they collect on Saturday. I emailed back to say when I would be there. No response. Then I emailed to say I would leave the rugs out behind the gate and left the gate open for them. They did not respond and did not collect. Completely left me in the dark.

Booked for oven and carpets to be cleaned over the bank holiday. That was cancelled on the day with an email saying they would get back to me with a new appointment date. No calls or emails so I booked it again. Got an email with an apology for not getting back to me for the previous visit. On the day of the second visit, I got an automated text reminding me of the appointment. Once again, he did not show up and this time, no phone call or email. Very disappointed as I have used him previously and I was very happy with his service then.

Absolutely great service. Great communication. Fantastic job - oven is back to its as new condition.
