Elmo are truly very good!
I subscribed to an EV for 60 days - I can recommend this as a very practical way to find out if EVs work for you. Everything was slick, professional and friendly from sign up to delivery to dealing with questions along the way and returning the car. All done online or by email and everyone I conversed with were clearly passionate about customer service. My account ran smoothly thanks to Kayla. I am so pleased I used the Elmo service and would thoroughly recommend them.

Disappointing Elmo Experience
Very disappointed with the experience from start to finish. From the car delivery not going to plan to delayed collection after having me lose a full working day and awful communication with multiple unhelpful staff members through the shared email system. Excessive charging for additional mileage at end of subscription. Multiple complaints ignored and delayed escalated complaints response and resolution. Will escalate this to BVLA as unacceptable customer service!

No 8 month wait, no contact phone calls and just no hassle.
Their prices are extremely competitive compared to other subscription companies aswell.

Great service
Great service. We required a bespoke letter for our local Council where my wife works as a doctor to get a permit and Nimco from Elmo sorted it all out for us quickly and expeditiously. It’s not always possible to get what you need when the request is unusual and out of the ordinary so credit to Nimco and Elmo for obliging.

Car delivered - Great delivery guy (Luca) and post delivery service (Asif)
Car delivered - Everything was perfect.
Special shout out to Luca, the delivery driver, really professional, arrived early in the morning, at the stated time. Was thorough in explaining all the features and doing the pre-delivery check, very polite and patient with my questions.
Also, special mention and grateful for Asif in the post delivery time, later on the delivery day I downloaded the Peugeot app, needed the chassis number (the one on the windscreen wouldn’t work), I called up and during the call we got cut off, Asif called back with all the information I needed so I could sync the app and car.

Reasha from customer experience is brilliant
Reasha is brilliant, spoken to her a few times now and the service has been brilliant. (No one at Elmo knows I am writing this in advance) I am about to go onto my 3rd car, (ID3, MG5 and now 2008) and the whole thing has been very pleasant.
I looked at couple of competitors and one of them was awful, and let me down at the last minute. So their loss is Elmo's gain.
It's not cheap but as overall package I think it is very good value. Plus everyone answering the phone seems to care and it shows.

I needed a car at short notice
I needed a car at short notice due to having to return my company car (and a delay with my replacement)
Elmo's 60 day lease terms were much better than hiring for that term and more flexible than longer leases. Jade from customer services picked up queries on chat or phone really quickly and gave the answers I needed.
The car arrived as expected and the handover was really thorough. The lady who delivered the car was so good - a real credit to the company.

Bunch of liars…
Bunch of liars… I was told in a live chat (which I still have an email of) on 17/01/2023 that although they are no longer offering BP Pulse cards for new members they have no plans to cancel BP subscriptions for members who currently have this… I received an email today, telling me that my BP will be being cancelled as of 1st March.
I’ve only been with Elmo since mid-December and this is the third 1* review I’ve left! I will now be cancelling this subscription and going with Onto. Hopefully they treat their customers better!
