From payment to induction can not fault anything, my tutor Dee spoke to me at the induction and we realised I’d enrolled on a course which was the wrong one for me and immediately transferred to the correct course. The on line software is easy to navigate with great blogs to help you with researching the tasks.
Dee arranged a live lesson to go through each task which really motivated me to start the units with confidence.
Highly recommend this learning provider.

Excellent service, very quick

Great Thanks to My Tutor Dee who supported me all the way through my learning process. I received great support and guidance and rapid response to my questions and I have just completed Lead Assessor Unit 1.2 and 3. I only started this qualification 3 weeks ago and today it was successfully completed. All are well organized and I thank the ELN team for well-structured learning services.

Did not follow up on failed https links - I had to provide all the work. My certificate had the wrong name no one bothered to get it fixed.
The moment you complete a course the access is stopped so you can’t review anything
Certificate not signed by any human.
However the course is good and we’ll thought through.
I wanted to do my level 5 DET but with no customer care I’ve decided I will go with a better company.

Just finished my IQA units 1 & 2, and wanted to thank my tutor George. He has been so helpful throughout the whole course, provided me with great feedback, and was always very responsive. Overall I had a great experience with ELN and would definitely recommend them.

I have just successfully completed the level 3 award in education and training. I can honestly say when I was asked to complete this course as part of a new role within health care, I thought 'why?' I have done a mentorship course, some 'in house' teaching workshops and delivered health promotional sessions- what more do I need to know? !. How wrong I was ! this course has led me through the theory and whole cycle of teaching and learning and what it means to proactively and successfully teach the students under my supervision. I was a bit slow to get into the course and get a feel for what was expected from me, but with the support and guidance of my tutor Faheen, this was soon established and then I was away! she was very encouraging and always quick and responsive mark my assignments and feedback. The technology was easy to follow and use, I even learn't how to upload via google drive! Thankyou again ELN and Faheen.

Big thank you to ELN and my tutor Mark. My online experience completing the EQA unit 1 qualification was fantastic. Easy to understand and navigate the learning platform with quick and timely turn around on assessments. I will be returning to complete unit 2 in the near future. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Worth every penny!

Dee was my coach / instructor throughout Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement course. Without her I wouldn't not have gotten through it, she was super supportive, available when I needed her both on email and on Zoom and she needs a medal for the patience she had with me and my many questions!

My experience with ELN overall has been a steady success!
It’s not something I’ve used before and it did seem daunting at first but with fantastic help from my tutor Cordelia Castle I was able to get through the course without any issues.

Credit to Cordelia as she was brilliant from start to finish, it was because of her time and efforts to help me is what got me through. Very quick in responding back and guiding me and even was able to FaceTime me for a chat!

I have just completed a level 3 TAQA qualification with ELN. Cordelia Castle was my Tutor and I cannot praise her highly enough! If you are looking to do a qualification online, look no further than ELN. They are very reasonably priced, offer monthly instalment plans and have the most fantastic Tutors. Cordelia helped me every step of the way, she was patient, knowledgeable, extremely quick to mark and return work and is the reason I passed so quickly! That you Cordelia and ELN :)

The IQA course was very beneficial and informative. ELN is the best place to study quality assurance and assessment courses. The instructor- Mr. George Rigby, was great and very supportive.

I was not able to login to my portal easily with details provided during registration. There was a glitch in the system as I did receive my email that was generated

Support during Instruction phase with Dee was very impactful .The Protocols related to the domain at practice were excellent from the point of view of Implementation.
