Previously lived in England, so wasn't familiar with the process of buying property in Scotland. Selected ELP AM on the basis of their online review scores, so all-in-all it felt like a bit of a stab in the dark and I was waiting for something to go wrong.
Fortunately, nothing did. The communication from Suzanne and Kamila throughout the process was timely, comprehensive and helpful. Having had dealings with solicitors in the past where I had to chase them up for news, I was pleased that they were always ahead of the curve when it came to contacting me. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation recommending them.
