Shocking customer service, need to return an item, no response to my emails and being waiting for 5 hours for someone to respond to my web chat before being disconnected!

This Chinese company took my money and didn't ship my order. I had to raise an dispute on PayPal for them to respond to me.

Even now they refuse to refund me until I close the dispute, as they "claim" they cannot refund me because the money is frozen by PayPal.

I would AVOID this company at all costs

The pillow I received is soft and not firm. I purchased the queen size firm pillow and got the opposite.

I ordered a firm, queen size cervical memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, when I received it, it was soft and not suitable for my needs. Having contacted the company by email and then chat, I was offered a refund or an exchange. I was also pleased to have customer service recommendation of a pillow which has just arrived today.
I cannot fault the service received. From ordering (08.05.24), to being offered an exchange and receiving the new pillow was 17 days! I'm really looking forward to a comfortable sleep on my new pillow.

Very easy to order. I found the measurements weren't accurate to what I measured, but not terribly important for a pillow. Exceptional comfort and greatly relieving to my neck. I'm a side sleeper and got the firm, which is highly useful when using a CPAP because I don't sink in enough to press on the mask, yet is very comfortable.

The pillow was meant to be firm. It isn’t. I ordered it as I had already got a soft one and this is exactly the same.
There were no notification emails confirming my order or delivery so was a very confusing process.
Returns policy is none existent and would be expensive as need to pay all returns costs.
I wouldn’t recommend, unless you want a very soft non supportive pillow.

I am not happy with this pillow due to the poor quality. I also had bad experiences with the service of the company. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this pillow to anyone.

2 stars for the pillow that was delivered with a broken zipper. 5 stars for customer service that was very responsive and offered to send a replacement right away. I ultimately decided to request a full refund and not replace the defective pillow. The refund was issued, as requested, within two days.

The pillow wasn’t for me but their customer service is great. They issued me a full refund and I don’t even have to go through the trouble of sending it back. Definitely worth trying the pillow! It did improve my neck pain but I found it hard to get comfortable on.

I have used an Elviros cervical pillow for a few years and have really really loved it! It is the small size though. My standard size firm pillow arrived today and I'm really excited because I just know if will be absolutely perfect!

I am 5'7 and the queen size memory foam cervical pillow fits me well while sleeping on a firm mattress. We have a softer mattress and the standard size seems to suit me better in that bed. I like that they keep my head inline as I have a tendency to flex my neck forward, and off the edge of the pillow.

The Classic memory foam pillow for side sleepers was too firm for my liking.

Customer service was great. I always got a personalized reply with all of my inquiries and submitting for a return was no issue.

Would recommend as the cervical memory foam pillow does noticeably help with my neck pain and stiffness although does not completely relieve all symptoms (have been using about a month now).

The pillow is soft but not comfortable for me I could not sleep good the the pillow takes a while to get use to it but I couldn't sleep good because of the shape of the pillow it was bothering my neck so i gave it to my dad and bought a different pillow for me that is more comfortable.

Great pillow! The contours of the pillow perfectly cradles your head. I am in love!

After a week of use my muscle spasms stopped. But my neck pain is still incredibly painful. I don't think it's worth the $50.

I would like to see this pillow in sizes. Was impressed with how my neck felt the first couple of nights. Still getting used to the pillow since I am a stomach sleeper

I bought a pillow for my husband, and it just wasn’t a good fit for his build (wasn’t tall enough and made his neck sore). Since it was expensive, I requested a return, and no questions asked they agreed to process a refund to my card! I didn’t even have to pay to send the pillow back. The only reason I gave four stars is because I had to follow up on the email, since they weren’t super responsive, but other than that they were fantastic!

Very grateful for all the help given to me in sorting out the correct product I needed to purchase. The pillow cases arrived very quickly.
