The pillow is of high quality and arrived in a timely manner. How well it works will take some time. It took years of sleeping on regular pillows to develop the neck pain so it will take a while to see how well this pillow works. It is comfortable.

I first ordered a king size pillow that was too soft. When I contacted the company that it did not work, they offered a firm queen which I accepted. The guarantee was honored with no hassle. I appreciated good service, and it was given. The shape of the pillow for a side sleeper is very good.

Too flat. Not what I was expecting.

I havent had enough time with this pillow yet but im not understand the side flaps. I wish the covering was easier to wash.

I don’t think I ever bought anything on Amazon that I needed support on. But even though the Elviros store was great, I had more questions. You use chat to talk with them and they get back to you very quickly, given they are in Australia and I the US, and they have tons of customers. Obviously from reading all your comments, our heads and shoulders are incredibly different and Elviros will help you sort it out. They were excellent. This is the best designed pillow I have ever tried.

I originally purchased the soft pillow but didn’t find it suitable for me so I reached out to the team to return it. They offered to ship the firm pillow for me to try and it came very quickly. I ended up really enjoying the firm pillow. I am also very happy about the customer service.

I ordered 2 pillows and only received 1 and it gave me a sore neck.

I love the pillow but the queen was too big for me. I reached out to Elviros and they immediately rectified the situation. I am purchasing the standard size which I'm sure will be great.

I purchased 2 “soft” pillows from Elviros and they were too soft. So I wanted to return them. They said do you want to try the hard pillows & see if they work? I said yes and they worked GREAT! I asked how do I send the others back & they said give them to someone! That is FANTASTIC customer service!!!

I feel the company did alright. The shipping was a little slow just disappointed in my purchase which isn’t the company’s fault the pillow is just way too high. I feel like my head is pushed as far forward as it can go. I can’t get comfortable.

I’ve had serious issues with my neck for years. I tried almost every pillow out there & nothing helped, until I got this one! The first two nights I actually slept through the night! It’s been a couple weeks now & I sleep better, more comfortably & I don’t have as much pain in the morning when I get up!

World's finest pillow! How did I ever sleep without this???! The neck support is complete, whether I am on my back or side. Love the hand cutouts for side-sleeping.
