The adjustable firmness pillow is very helpful in easing my neck pains and tightness. The sitting pillows the I ordered is amazingly helpful for my low back pain.

The product did not work the way it was designed.

The first pillow arrived pre-opened but they were very quick to replace it. My hubby and I both enjoy them. I particularly attest that I sleep better on this pillow. It is hard to find a small pillow for my small neck/head. They’re either are too big and cause discomfort or too small and don’t offer support. This one is just right!

Customer service was exemplary and extremely helpful. The product is very well made and does what it advertises. I would definitely buy from them again.

Customer service was excellent. I realized after attempting to sleep with their pillow that it was never going to be comfortable enough for me to use.
I emailed Elviros about my issue and they refunded my payment and also said I could keep the pillow. I will ask my kids if they want to give it a tryout.

The product speaks for itself. I've never felt so refreshed in the morning waking up. It makes all the difference in the world. Worth every penny

I love the zones of support and firm and “giving “ topper. My hip joint pain and stiff back are improving daily. Also the price was very reasonable

What I appreciated most about Elviros was there commitment to good customer service. They have great communication, and transparency about their company policies. I contacted them regarding a return of two pillows, and they accommodated me with the next size up at no additional charge. My only issue is the new pillow is too firm for me. I still have one not opened that I might return. Thank you

The cervical pillow is hands down the best I have found over at least ten years. I feel more refreshed in the morning and have since bought one for my sister and husband. I highly recommend the cervical pillow for pain relief.

The pillows were received in a timely manner. I thought it might take a while to get used to the pillow but by the second night I was loving it.

Over the years I have purchased multiple pillows in search for a comfortable night sleep and a Morning with no neck, back and shoulder pain, well I have finally found the perfect pillow! The pillow arrived quickly and “ready to use”, no need to let it air-out or fully form. Since I had never had a pillow of this sort, I had to contact customer service with a few questions and I must say, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in years!

I am getting a much more restful nights sleep since using this pillow. Neck not as sore when I wake up.I was not sure about it but it is amazingly comfortable!

I purchased an Elviros pillow years ago after a compression fracture in my neck and found it very helpful. Recently due to increased neck problems, I ordered an additional, different pillow. Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem and I requested a refund. Customer service was truly exemplary in addressing my concerns and immediately gave me a full refund. I give both the company and particularly customer service high marks.

I purchased two pillows and the mattress pad. The pillow is unique and takes some getting used to, but it gets better each night. The mattress pad is wonderful so far. It's like I bought a new mattress. I think the combo of both is very beneficial. I can actually lay on my back for more than 15 minutes without pain. I haven't been able to do that in years. I am a side sleeper and that is the difficult part for me just because the pillow makes me lay a certain way, but its in a good way because it has oddly done wonders for my back pain. I guess my posture habits when sleeping were very poor and were causing me serious pain but the pillow is forcing me to change my posture and is reducing my pain. My husband doesn't complain. He loves the pillow and mattress pad.
