It was very easy to book by Elvoline. I was looking for a specific Hotel. And so I came by Elvoline.

No problems with the booking process

very easy and the booking was registrated at the hotel in a few minuts.

The site is very misleading. The picture of the room they show you is not the room you get. I thought I was getting a nice good size room but walked into a closet with a twin size bed. When I complained to hotel staff I was told they have had a lot of the same complaints lately and management was working on updating the photos on the site but since I booked through Elvonline theres nothing they could do. I emailed Elvonline on Sunday got a read receipt but no reply yet.

The booking process was quick and easy, which was nice but there was a lot of information that wasn't specified in regards to the hotel and misleading images

good price for hotel and no problems with booking in. We even had an upgrade to a deluxe twin room.

Booking of hotel (and later the visit in Århus) went splendid, nothing to complain about at all! Thanks,

My brother and me enjoy a wonderful week on Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. The price was really good and the location was amazing.

Stayed at the Mera Mare Hotel for 25 nights.
Nice hotel with friendly staff and only a 5 minute walk to central Pattaya.
Stayed in garden view room with balcony but very little storage space for clothes.
The garden view room can be very noisy with the Hard Rock Café Hotel being next door and loud music being played at weekends.
Overall the good outnumbers the bad and I will go there again.

Good location, within walking distant to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Sq. short walk to Victoria Coach/Train/Tube stations. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day, room was very small & bed not very comfortable but if you are only staying a couple of days it's a good deal for the price you are paying for the room.

We had a fantastic stay in Alykanas in Zante.I booked the Pahnis studios.I really wanted to stay in these apartments as I've been in them twice before,excellent accomodation.I trawled the net for best offers and couldn't get a better offer than elvoline.Holiday went seamlessly.

I booked a hotel, fully refundable once cancelled 48 hrs before, 6 mths in advance. A month before my travel plans changed and I attempted to cancel. Numerous emails, messages through the web page and unanswered phone calls later and I was unable to cancel. I contacted the hotel directly and they were unable to cancel I had to through elvoline they told me and gave me a mobile number when I explained the efforts I had made. I rang and text that number. The person on the other end claimed not to work for elvoline but offered to cancel the booking. The money has yet to be refunded to my card and I still can't get through to elvoline. Perhaps they will answer this review they asked for?
