Originally, I thought I was scammed - as I bought 2 items and only 1 was delivered - but Aust Post stuffed up. I sent one email to the customer support address, and my order was fixed A.S.A.P. my gift was re delivered and happy receiver.

Absolutely fraudulent company! 11 months and no product/refund or contact. Do not be as foolish as I was to use these crooks! The registered director of the company should be ashamed of himself taking peoples’ hard earned money in this way. I managed to track him on Facebook and it appears he’s a family man with young children. Shame on him for the example he’s setting those children.

Order history gives poor information for tracking my order. It indicates "Fulfillment status: Fulfilled". This doesn't tell me about where is the package and when will it arrive.

Please look carefully at the good/excellent reviews on here, there are duplicates under different names. Do not be fooled by the excellent reviews on here. This company is a complete scam, they steal your money and have no goods to send. I cannot believe they have not been shut down yet. Please do not be fooled by them or the fake iCloud reviews on their website! I cannot believe I was foolish to make a bank transfer… says it all.

Do not buy from this website. I got scammed by them. No product and no refund. I made a terrible mistake of wire transfer money. Then I was given all of the excuses under the sun. Then no emails correspondences after requesting refund. Terrible experience. They need to be shut down.

I am grateful to the two reviewers here because I was very close to getting scammed. Elwatches website looks very professional, they have almost perfect reviews on another platform (but I am starting to think they could be part of the scam) and they have a 24/7 chat service. They gave me a very good price offer so I made a bank transfer (they only do bank transfers which I suppose is also a sign that there might be something wrong going on). To my luck the transfer was rejected from their bank for some reason and the payment bounced back. I really wanted to buy the product on their website for that price so I informed them that the payment did not go through and offered to make the transfer again but they advised me to wait because they were facing some issues with their bank account. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I also asked them if they had another product that was not listed on their website. They told me a day after that they sourced it for me and sent me pictures that I discovered later were taken from another website. When I confronted them about it they said they were not sure what happened and were going to send me original pictures. Just today I found out that the 'original pictures' were also taken from another website. They did not steal my money because thank God the bank transfer I made was bounced back but I think I was very close to getting completely scammed. When I was still unsure if they were completely a scam or not, I shared with them the first trustpilot review here by Jonathan W and asked them to explain it. They told me that this customer was just very angry because the shipping took long because it was from a faraway country. When I asked if he was refunded, they said, 'Yes, of course'. If the first reviewer sees this, would be great if he can confirm whether they indeed paid him back or not.
