Orders are always cancelled. Contact at the company states they can’t verify my information provided during ordering whatever that means. Employees are belittling, rude, not worth 2 cent.

BE CAREFUL! Ordered twice. First was good. Second was short 3.5g in three containers so they stole 10g from me. They offered a discount code and that was it… BE CAREFUL! If its short, send it back!

I was looking for some quality flower and stumbled across elyxr.com. I found more than i bargained for. Coped a quad of rainbow pie and peach runtz and they did not disappoint. It says thca flower but looks and smokes like some fire. Their 3 in 1 disposable ripped right out of the box and i haven't been able to put it down. I also grabbed some seltzers which im trying this weekend and some of their mushroom products (mindbender and polk a dots). Oh and the 7oh selection is the biggest i've seen so i grabbed some 7 drops also. I was bummed when my payment was declined initially but they reached out the next day and said they had to verify i was legit. Received my goods 2 days later. Very satisfied customer.

I would have given 5 stars last year. I'd ordered several times in the past for both gummies and carts.
However, I placed two orders during July 2024 and both sucked.
The first order was missing one item (Delta 8 melatonin gummies was not even included on the packing slip invoice). Major bummer because I paid extra for fast shipping. I texted customer support and they refunded me for the item. No replacement option given.

My second order 2 items were missing. The same Delta 8 melatonin gummies were again not included on the packing slip invoice, and another item was crossed off on the invoice and someone handwrote "refunded" (which I was not when I recieved the order). I had again paid for expedited shipping so this is very frustrating that my order was not complete- only 1/3 items?! Texted customer service again and have yet to hear back.

I don't understand why they can skip a specific item two orders in a row, and cancel part of the order and not notify me. They've for sure lost a customer here.

No idea where the bad reviews come from. The shipping came way before i expected and it arrived nicely packed and they even tossed in a free gift. great experience.

Theycharged me $29.96 for an order. They didnt sent an comfirmafion email. I knew sum was wrong and when I confront them they just basically say we can’t find any information that match with your order. They are rude and robbers!!!!

So, I ordered some HHC distillate from Elyxr.com a couple weeks ago. When I opened the box there was oil all over the glass container and the bag that they had it in because they didn’t put the lid on all the way. I emailed them and they sent out a replacement. I realized after I emailed them that they sent me distillate with no terps in it (It was supposed to be terped with green crack CDT) I emailed them back to let them know so they could make sure they weren’t sending the wrong item again. When I received the replacement order, it was only about half full. I emailed them again, and they told me they won’t do anything about it unless I send them the half full one back first. It’s already been 2 weeks since I ordered in the first place, and now they want me to send back the only usable product I have before they’ll fix their mistake. I’ve already had to buy distillate elsewhere locally while waiting for the first replacement (HHC without terps taste nasty to me so I can’t even use the first one they sent) I didn’t want to have to do that, so I asked if they would overnight the new replacement. 3 emails in a row they wouldn’t answer my question and just kept telling me I needed to send it back before they could fix it. I kept telling them I wasn’t asking them to send out the new replacement before I sent the one I have back, just to expedite shipping because I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and didn’t want to wait another week or 2 for them to get my return, then send out another one. They eventually told me they would not do that and once again repeated that I needed to send the half full jar back in order for them to send a full jar back. At this point I’m so fed up with the company that I want nothing to do with them

Terrible customer service. I did not receive what I ordered. Then when I tried to contact customer service they straight up argued with me about what I had ordered. Even with the packing slip right there. I will never order from them again.

Customer for a couple years until I realized how Overpriced they are and Then I one day looked at the promo codes and realized they were not figuring the discounts correctly in their favor, will say they ship fast and one time my order was stolen/missing and they replaced BUT when I called them on how many years they had been ripping me off and proved their discounts were not correct percentages they Disappeared and didn't even respond. Recommend Oregon Hemp Flower Instead.

I bought a little shot bottle of Trippy Potion Psychedelic Shot and was billed for it. However, I never received any emails regarding my purchase and nothing was ever shipped. Trying to reach someone there proved futile! I only lost 31 dollars but if you work as hard as I do for my money, 31 bucks is a lot cause that's a couple hours of busting your rear, that you now did for free. Update::: Company did get back to me with tracking info but said don't check out as a guest next time. Ok so why do you have the option then??

Absolute Dumpsterfire of an operation!

1) They sneakily slip in "Route Package Protection" into your cart at checkout.

2) They intentionally drag their feet on processing/shipping

3) Customer has an issue with their order... albeit late, mis-shipped or frankly NEVER shipped- then they use this "Route Package Protection" as a scape goat!

4) They wash their hands clean of any responsibility and defer all interactions form hence forth to the foreign, third party "Route" employees.

Ordered the 7th.. didn’t even ship till the 14th.. I am supposed to receive it by the 18th @9pm… that’s a horrible turn around to receive a product. I haven’t even tried the product yet, but will not be ordering again due to how long it takes to receive it.

Horrible. DO NOT ORDER. They will take your money and never send your product. Give you excuses. Can’t give adequate tracking like any normal company. Do not buy

No idea where the bad reviews on trustpilot from before me came from, but I ordered and got exactly what I ordered. It arrived quickly too, right around Christmas time. 10/10 would recommend.

I had been ordering from them monthly for a year and a half. Then they just decided to cancel all auto subscriptions without warning. They dismissed my concerns. Terrible customer service. And I never even got my last order.

I ordered products from this company over 2 weeks ago, and every time I ask them about the shipment, they all ways blame it on the USPS, then I ask for my money back and they told me that they couldn't pay me back for the purchase, now understand that we are only talking about $31,but guess they are okay with me posting it rather then just send me my money back, Don't Buy Anything from this company, shady!!!!

The product they offer is decent, however even if you pay for priority shipping they can't get the product to you in a reasonable time. Then they make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get your money back. You're better off finding a different company like mood, or colorado breeders. Overall it's obvious this company is going to fail soon.

Horrible company. I made a first purchase and I requested for my item to be mailed to me. And they continued to mail to the wrong address. The product was returned and was asked to be mailed again, which took almost 3 weeks. And again, they continue to mail to the incorrect address. After speaking with a rep multiple times who said it will be mailed and it was but guess what??? IT WAS MAILED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I am so frustrated. I will never use this company again.
