This is the second time I placed an order and paid for priority shipping and still did not receive it yet. Ordered on March 1 and it is now march. 6 and still nothing.

The site is a joke if you order something its going to take a month just before they ship. Customer service is number is just some random number to text

I love love your product I suffered an Aneurysm and a Stroke 2 years ago and cannot sleep well now My nephew suggested your product I now use Delta Sleep and can have a great night sleep which makes my days awesome and my head space good. Thank you

Elyxr never fails me. They are quick with deliveries and also with informing that something may be out of stock. When that happens they quickly will replace the item or give suggestions for me to pick from. The best customer service hands down.

Hi, I received my order within 5 days. I was nervous because I did not see my confirmation email, but I found it, and it came the same day. The only thing I am hoping is not true is that some of the other reviews mention the product not being effective. I will write back once I try.

I made a purchase of many items. One of the items I ordered was not included in the shipment. I emailed Elyxr twice and never got a response. I am out $20 for a product I never received. Do not do business with elyxr!

Gave 2 stars because I think they’re following through on my return credit (so, better than 1). They asked for a photo of me holding my ID, AFTER I made the purchase. No. This was not part of the original agreement and if you can’t verify me otherwise, cancel my order. They initially contacted me because I was able to purchase items no longer in stock and they needed direction to proceed. THEN, I got a text (because there is no phone calling), asking I send an image of myself & my ID. No. They sent a copy of my return receipt so now I watch that the credit shows up or for anything that doesn’t belong.

Absolutely terrible ordered on Black Friday 100$ worth of stuff paid for priority 4 day’s later it says a shipping label was created but usps was waiting on item… obviously scammmers! Reached out customer service 3 times for them to tell me they are not liable and that it’s the holiday season give it another week! Lmao absolutely terrible . Sezzle will be hearing about this so I can get my money back

Ordered on Dec. 4. They created a label on the 6th. As of the 12, still hasn't been shipped. Contacted them many times and they just blow me off. Been ordering from them for 2 years. This will be the end. Rude customer service.

They were great for two years but the place has completely fallen apart. The customer service experience I’ve had over the past 10 days has been worse than poor. They screwed my order up so bad and just left me holding the bag of crap with no explanation whatsoever as to what happened. Did not care one bit that I’d ordered from them for two years consistently and that I was disappointed with their error. They actually chose not to try to make things right for me and retain me as a customer. There was enough dialogue with them, all of which I have, to evidence their choice not to value me as a customer. Go elsewhere. Somewhere that cares. I also welcome Elyxr to respond to me and hear their side. Would love it. Show me how I’m misreading this situation and I’ll eat my words.

Don’t order from this shady company! There business practices are very shady! Despite the site saying they ship the next business day but I think they take orders for stuff they don’t have in stock and don’t tell you before or after u order and then lie about it. I made an order paying for fastest shipping on my credit card, got a confirmation email immediately along with massive amounts of advertisement emails but 5 days later I never got any updates or tracking # so I used there contact # via txts to a Miami # even though they are supposedly in Ca every 6 hrs as they don’t take calls and was sent a screenshot of a big disclaimer saying due to to high volume of orders there is a 5 day delay saying they sent that AFTER I ordered which should be disclosed before u order but it was never there before or after I ordered. The website also said I had not made any orders yet and was told that part of the website doesn’t work. The advertising part certainly was. I was then told it was going to ship a week later after already waiting 5 days. I then told them to either expedite my order or just refund my $. Instead of trying to keep a high volume customer, they canceled my order and said my cc would be refunded in 3 to 10 business days. It’s been 7 and nothing yet. If I don’t see the credit in a few days I’m going to have to report fraud on my visa and even though I don’t agree with it at all the credit cards have a policy not to allow Kratom sellers to use them but I’m going to inform them of what they sell and recommend everyone else with issues do the same thing as this company is either run by incompetent people or just a scam. All there positive reviews mixed with a lot of bad ones look suspicious too so don’t believe them. The prices were below everyone else’s by a little but like they say, if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

I'm really happy with my elyxr purchase, so happy I made another within a week.

1st purchase...never shipped my items. Site reads "ships same or next day." Never shipped anything. I hate that, so deceitful. Anyone reading this, do not donate your money to this site. You won't receive anything. Should've went to the usual site, get my items in 3 days.

The support team is absolutely wonderful and swift. I sent an issue and before I put my phone in my pocket. I had a reply with a solution.

Shady company. I ordered from them once no problem. I ordered a week later and an hour later they send a text to my wife’s phone number which is nowhere listed on the order. The text they ask for a photo of my ID which I was a bit hesitant about. I did it and they sent an additional text saying they wanted a photo of me holding my ID. I don’t know if I’m the only one who thinks their operation is strange. I told them to cancel my order, but now I have to monitor my credit card.

I’ve tried to place two orders with this company and my order keeps getting pushed back because they “couldn’t verify my information”? even after verifying all my information is the same, billing, shipping, name on cards. They can’t give an answer as to why my order won’t go through. But now they have my information.
