One of the few travel agents still…

One of the few travel agents still profiteering from the COVID crisis. How can a £75 per person admin fee be justified in these difficult times. I will book my flights with a different company in future.

Hidden Fees

Be very aware that this company will charge £75 per person in 'administration fees' on top of any airline charges to receive a refund for a cancelled flight. It is appalling that they are able to get away with charging this sort of money for absolutely no work on their end. It's amusing how the airline would not charge you for obtaining a refund for cancelled flights, yet this awful third party company would. Be aware of this before using them.

If i could give zero stars i would

If i could give zero stars i would. Been waiting for a refund from them many months now. But absolutely nothing has been given to me other then emails stating i will receive my refund. Why is it they taken less then one second to take your money but cant return the customers money taking over 4 months. Please dont use this company to book flights specially in this climate as you may have to cancel do to the government and yet get none of your money back.

Excellent customer service from “PIA”

With all the negatives feedback on this travel company im happy to say that there is a special customer agent her name is “PIA” shes been very professional,helpful and friendly.Shes willing to help you in anyway possible advise.

Ive been trying to call them for few months ,paid premium rate of telephone call and no one can help me until i met her, shes been helping me throughout this crisis . She always reply to all my questions straight away and gave me the best possible advise. If anyone are trying to ask for help from this company i would highly recommend her and if i use their sevice again in the future i will definitely ask for her. Once again “THANK U SO MUCH” 😊

Waiting for a refund since February

They sent me a refund form back in February where they agreed to refund me in 8-10 weeks. Only to get to this point it was an absolute nightmare, days and days of fighting with them and losing time.

It has been more than 4 months now and still no refund. They try to fool me around first and now they do not answer my emails.

How I got my refund.

Flight cancelled due to Covid-19 and not getting anywhere with a refund request
They say it could take up to 6 months and it appears they will charge me £25 even though I didn't cancel it.
Then got another email saying their admin charge would be £75 along with a lot of paperwork
Contacted credit card company. Forwarded email from airline advising flight cancellation plus the emails received from emailflights.
Got full refund back to my card within a week.

Customer service does not work

The customer service people are just unable to work. I have confirmed my intention for refund, but they have replied with the same general request to confirm that they have already sent me initially, QUOTING my last email, so they must have read it. Whatever their rules otherwise, it's just hopeless to work with a UK-based company where employees are unable to read English.

Emails not responded to in months

Emailflights have not responded to any of my emails since lockdown in March and I am still waiting.
I know my tickets have not been issued so I should get all my money back but now I am unsure.
Really regretting booking our flights with them for August.
I have emailed them that I will be taking this further and filing an official complaint. That is if they have even read my email.
I have lost confidence in this travel agent and advise that you think twice before committing to using their services.

Very pleased with the service

I stupidly didn’t research this company before using them to book flights. They had the cheapest flights by far so that was my reason for booking with them.

After looking at so many bad reviews I started to become very worried and almost tried to cancel. I’m so glad I didn’t since everything went fine. My flights were booked correctly, I received email confirmation from my flight company directly closer to the time and had no trouble when boarding the flights. I don’t have anything bad to say about Emailflights.com at all.

When looking at the negative reviews for this company I’ve realised it’s a lot to do with the terms and conditions that the customers have agreed to at the time. Make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into before you continue to purchasing flights always.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE.

Absolute scumbags trying to profit off the COVID19 crisis. Wants to charge us a £150 admin fee to receive £1000 of our own money back due to a canceled flight (which they said may take 8months!!!!) and are now hiding behind dubious terms and conditions (which are by law, are unfair and unreasonable)

DO NOT USE DODGY ONLINE AGENTS - GO DIRECT.

Dont use this company at all

Dont use this company at all. Their response during the covid- 19 crisis has been dire to say the least. Initially hours on the phone trying to get through, emails not replied to for weeks an drawing out a process that takes a couple of days not months. booked a flight that couldnt happen at a cost of nearly £500 and its taken weeks of contacting (flight 23rd March) now its 4th June and still not had a refund less £75 charge!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I SINCERELY HOPE ITS ONE THAT GOES OUT OF BUSINESS, they do not understand customer care!

Greed, Greed, Greed!

Emailflights want to charge £75 per person to process forms for cancelled flights due to covid-19. These flight were cancelled by the airline, the airline has confirmed that no fee or charges will be apllied to obtain a refund. Please dont believe the 5 star reviews regarding covid-19 and changing or refunding flights, I spent hours on the phone and many emails without response from this greedy companies.

Flight cancelled, made a chargeback claim, Emailflights lied to my bank to get my money back!!

My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. I booked both flights and accommodation with Emailflights. I had to update this review because things got even worse!
Emailflights wrote a cheque apparently to refund me in full for my holiday, took a photocopy of that cheque and sent it to my bank as evidence that they had paid me back. They never sent me the cheque and as a direct result of my bank accepting the photocopy as evidence. My chargeback claim was denied and my money re=debited to Emailflights. They then reneged on the agreement they made with me on the phone to pay me in full by bank transfer (after I called them asking where the cheque was 3 months after they had dated and signed it and sent the photocopy to my bank). They paid me £50 less for their having to defend a chargeback claim (the claim in which they lied to get my money back) and refused to honour the agreement we had by phone (I have the phone call recording as evidence), which I also signed my name to electronically on a form they asked me to sign. They are now ignoring me completely.
This is the most flagrantly dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune of giving my money to and I advise everyone to stay away from them. I also believe they have been changing their terms and conditions secretly and holding customers to the new terms that were not in place at point of purchase, hence why they are trying to get all customers to sign their agreement to pay an admin fee for Covid-related holiday cancellations.

Not received my refund,

I did not want to write this, I gave them so much chance, but they are fraud of a company, I have reported them to action fraud, if more people report them, they will be investigated, because my flight was cancelled by airline since march I have been trying to get my refund but no luck they wont even respond to your email, I have been booking with them for a long time, but now they lost a customer because of their stupidity. Absolutely terrible .
I cancelled a flight before departure in the allocated time (confirmed by the airline ) in October .
When I said I wouldn't travel I got 7 calls in the space of hours from agent Micheal to put in writing which I did .
I have then been told since October , they are waiting from the airline for a refund ...
In January after many calls I was told I would in fact get the refund the following week ! Never happened ,so after many many phone calls and email over months and constantly being fobbed off as to waiting from the airline.
I rang emailed the airline 4 times to be told the to ticket was still in fact in open status
And email flights had not even put it in for a refund !!!!!
So nearly 7 months later no refund .
No response to emails ..abusive staff when I've called . I actually work in the industry myself but at that time was employed in a different field .
I feel I've been conned and lied to but I will take this further if they don't resolve soon .
Don't go near . please don't .They don't deserve ATOL license and I suggest everyone with an issue should get in touch with ATOl to voice concerns .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful company. Flight cancelled due to COVID now they are trying to charge me £75 per person to get a refund. Profiteering from the virus. They cancelled it, so I should be entitled to a refund. Even after the virus, I strongly recommend not to use this company. Awful customer service. AVOID at all costs! Do not use this company. Had way better service from a well known budget airline where I actually got a full refund. Had about 7 trips booked and this company was the only one causing issues.
