We appreciate your feedback, but it’s important to clarify exactly what happened.

When you started your free trial, you were informed that it runs for 3 days, after which it automatically converts to a paid membership unless cancelled beforehand. This information is clearly presented at checkout, in our emails, and in our Help Centre.

You were not billed the next day, but after the full 3-day trial had elapsed—exactly as agreed. During that time, you had full access to our platform and services.

Your plan has since been cancelled, so there will be no further charges. However, as stated in our terms, we do not offer refunds once access to the digital platform has been provided. We encourage all users to cancel during the trial period if they do not wish to continue.

If you need help with anything else, we’re happy to assist.

When you sign up with us, your account is instantly created and your login credentials are sent to your email, along with a Magic Link that lets you access your account instantly without a password. You also have full control to reset your password anytime from our login page.

If you’re having trouble logging in, we’re happy to help. All we need is your registered email address or order ID so we can locate your account and assist properly. But without any information, and from an anonymous review, we can’t verify your claims.

If this is a genuine concern, please reach out through the proper channels or reply to this review with your details so we can investigate. If not, something doesn’t quite add up.

Thank you for your feedback, though we must clarify a few points.

You acknowledged in your own words that you made the mistake of upgrading from the 3-day free trial to a full membership. That upgrade included multiple visible prompts: one before upgrading and another at the point of download. Clearly stating that doing so would activate the full membership, and billing would begin.

Since upgrading, your account has accessed and downloaded premium manuals, which constitutes full use of the service. As with any digital platform of this nature, once content is accessed and delivered, refunds are no longer possible, and this is clearly stated in our refund policy.

It’s unfortunate that, instead of acknowledging that the terms were followed correctly and the system worked exactly as described, you’ve chosen to label the company as dishonest and threaten negative reviews.

We’re always here to help, but that support needs to work both ways—with mutual honesty and responsibility. If you have further questions or need anything else, we’re happy to assist. But in this case, your review does not reflect the facts of your usage or our policy.

You’re absolutely right about the navigation and usability issues, and the good news is we’ve got a bunch of wholesome updates rolling out in the coming weeks. These will include big improvements to search and navigation, plus new tools for full members to manage their manuals more effectively — think grouping, tagging, project setup, and more.

We’re also working on making it much easier to manage your membership directly,including the ability to upgrade or downgrade plans on the fly, and better visibility into what you’ve used and what’s left.

Your suggestion about download reminders is a great one, and we’ve passed that along to our development team as a feature request.
