This was not automatic, hidden, or forced. It required a deliberate selection and confirmation on your part.

Third, server logs confirm that you successfully downloaded member-only content after upgrading. Whether the content met your personal expectations is subjective, but you were granted and used access to premium digital goods. Under US & UK digital goods regulations, this makes the purchase non-refundable. This is standard practice across digital subscription services, not a unique feature of ours.

Fourth, your claim that access time should be extended misunderstands how subscriptions work. Memberships run on fixed billing cycles from the date of purchase, not on how many days a customer chooses to log in or communicate with support. No legitimate business offers unrestricted, free downloading of high-value OEM repair manuals. The upgrade confirmation you approved made it clear that this action ended the free trial and activated a paid membership. Every customer sees the same information, whether on desktop or mobile, and the text size is determined by the device’s settings — not ours.

You used the full benefits of a paid membership, downloaded a large volume of premium material, and then attempted to claim that this was accidental or unclear. Your account data does not support that, as your digital audit trail confirms the steps taken.

You were charged correctly, in accordance with the terms you agreed to and the actions you took. Calling the platform a “scam” doesn’t change the fact that you actively downloaded high-value digital products and are now attempting to obtain a refund after receiving them.

Even so, we remain consistent with our policy: digital downloads are non‑refundable once accessed. That action immediately ended your trial and activated a paid membership, which you confirmed on your side.

Later, you decided to cancel your plan under the reason “Service Unsatisfactory.” At cancellation, the system shows a pop-up reminder that cancelling will immediately revoke access, which you also confirmed. The screenshot you later shared was simply the reactivation option — not evidence of any “scam.”
