i purchased a thwaites 201 dumper manual which was described as a 'complete workshop service maunual' it contained only about 30 pages of basic information not what you would expect for complete workshop manual. i corresponded with them about it but they this was all they had despite advertising a service manual & a complete workshop service manual. my advice would be not to waste your money with this company.🤬

excellent service salesperson research and finally found correct manual for me five stars for his initiative in finding manual and updating me
Definitely
Definitely, as a student the eBook Stretching Boundaries: Cases in Organizational and Managerial Communication did benefit me with my studies and I'm quite satisfied with the quality emanualonline.com provided to me! Excellent eBook for the price, affordable for students like myself with excellent service provided by the customer support team, did not waste time and got me the correct manual.
COMPLETE SCAM
Yup same as everyone else. complete SCAM. Downloaded an 8GB file, and there is no manual in it when the virtual machine is installed. dont get scammed like me!
Total scam emanualsonline
Total scam, ordered a manual online, download didn’t work with iPad, refused refund and customer complaints department were cheeky and unprofessional- avoid this rip off merchant like the plague
Do not use this company its a scam!
Do not use this company it is a complete scam.
i downloaded a manual that was priced at £14.99 and then discovered it was the same one I had downloaded FOR FREE at manuals.co!
Not only that but they actually charged me £15.59 for the privilege.
These people are crooks of the first order. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!!
Bought original manual but got Hayes
However, very fast and efficient support to resolve the matter with a semi-solution.
5 stars for the support, minus 2 for the product.

Concur with the trend of other reviews - paid for a pdf packaged manual and was rewarded with a large download of freely available Adobe reader which I didn't need but NO manual.
First email to the emanuals support - no response, second email - auto reponse with ticket # JPY-321986 but no attempt at resolution. This is over nearly three weeks and no further responses and no manual that has been paid for.
Appears to be fraudulent - do not use.
Trust what the other reviews tell youDo not waste your money on this company!
Trust what the other reviews tell you! I had a problem with my ABS pump and wanted to know where it is located under my bonnet because its not clearly visible, so I decided to bite the bullet and download the Emanuals online repair and service handbook. Then I found out that it won't work on Android or Ipad! I was then advised that I need to install Virtual Box on my computer in order to run an OVA file. Why on earth do they use a file format that nobody uses? Well when I eventually opened the file the manual was rubbish. Nowhere was the re any explanation of where the ABS unit is located or how to remove it. Everytime I quit the manual my laptop turns off and I have to reboot 4 or 5 times before it will stay on again! The Virtual Box starts Windows XP for goodness sake! What a waste of 20 quid and a complete and frustrating waste of my time.
Seem to be running quite the scam.
I can only concur with the others on here who were also had by this mob.
They evidently think that because they don't have a shop-front in Australia, there will be no repercussions for their actions, which is why we, as consumers, need to be all the more careful when dealing with such slippery players. We bought a PDF, and only a PDF, because we wanted a PDF. Not such a difficult concept one would think. It was even clearly listed as a PDF when we bought it and it was, initially what we received. The cover at least, was correct - 2009. Everything inside the cover was 2012.
We got back to them, obviously. There was no apology.
It was then they decided that a full generic software package download of nearly every make of our car over a twenty year span, would suffice. It was, they assured us, a download which would run on a PC. What they didn't tell us is that it doesn't work on a PC unless one downloads a Linux emulator. We don't want to run an emulator. At no time would we have purchased a massive 6GB file on a computer which wouldn't load or run it. They then wanted remote access to our computer to tell us what to do/force us to accept it. My husband works with computers. He knows what we can and can't do. As far as they are concerned (and the email trail is extensive and bizarrely circuitous), they gave us an 'updated' (code for 'we don't have what you paid for so this will have to do) download and that's the end of it. A software download, let alone one we can't use, is not what we ordered. We have repeatedly said that if they could not give us what we paid for, a correct PDF, we would accept a full refund. They refuse. One would have to be as stupid as they'd like us to be, to trust them.
I can't believe I ignored the other reviews
I can't believe I ignored the other reviews.
I've just lost £19 to this lot.
No manual to read, just a blank page.
Why oh why use ova files? What's wrong with PDF?
If you buy a manual from this company you deserve all you get, which will be nothing.
Don't read the crap, lying reviews on their website, read these on Trustpilot.

Paid $26.99 for a service manual for a BMW Gs1200 motorcycle expecting a pdf download or similar.
Unfortunately it was an ova based file requiring a third party download of virtual box and a long winded messing around trying to find the relevant sections I needed.
Clumsy and a complete waste of time and money.
Stick with Clymer or Haynes manuals in hard copy format as this site offers nothing but nonsense.
Also note the fake 5star reviews on their advertisements to get you in.
Avoid!
My story is very similar to the others. I bought a manual for Mercedes. I got the link, the download was very long plus I had to download additional software to run it. When I opened the manual it appeared that many crucial parts are missing i.e wiring diagrams, repair instructions. Some parts of the manual were not accessible: one page asked for a CD (?!), another for NetStar (whatever it is!).
Very frustrated I complained to Emanuals Support and requested refund. They sent me another link and offered remote installation. By this point I lost my trust in this company and declined those offers and requested refund. No success.
I started a dispute on Paypal. Unsuccessful. Paypal said ''This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described' . Well, in my view missing vital parts is 'significantly not as described'.Very disappointed with Emanuals' and Paypal's responses. I do not recommend Emanuals
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I downloaded a manual for a Old Mercedes but was unable to use it. The download took a suspiciously long time but once completed I was unable to use it. I downloaded a further two time assuming it had been interrupted or somehow corrupted. I tries to unzip it but to no avail. I contacted their support department and the reply was quick but suggested I download another program to support the download. This also did not work so I contacted again and they suggested downloading yet another program... Still to no avail. Although these downloads were free it still took a long time to download install and come to terms with.
On my last contact they asked me to get a copy of a program manual which would help me!! By this time I had had enough so removed the defective download, the two other programs they suggested and also advised Emanuals of my disappointment, that I had deleted it all. I expected an apology at least but I was offered instead that they operate my PC remotely to install it for me. No thank you!! .A total waste of my time - stay away from them there are plenty of more straightforward downloads available.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I downloaded a manual for my van it came with a third party program which runs in a very old version of Windows in a separate window, this initially worked but the manual was rubbish and stopped working after the first view, after many emails back and forth Rahul told me to uninstall Trusteer, my banking protection app to make their program work!!! I refused and asked for a refund but he refused. PayPal were no help, said I had downloaded the manual so it's mine. I feel lucky I have only lost the price of the manual, it could have cost me a lot more. This is a total scam, read the reviews some of the reviewers can't be bothered to change the text from previous reviews and repost them. AVOID
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Rahul and Bojan treat you like you are in the wrong. I ordered a manual for my engine and the file name CLEARLY shows it covers my car but it didn’t. I queried it and all I got back was “you ordered the wrong manual” - I didn’t
They ignore their own claims to provide quibble-free money back or credit note
This company is a shambolic organisation with absolutely no interest in providing decent customer service. Avoid like the plague, they are appalling. You have been warned
Scammers
Downloaded wrong year manual so went to their refund policy which dates clearly that you can have the full price as credit for another publication even if you have downloaded it already.
In dialogue with a Rahul Emo who is refusing to follow the refund policy.
My advice is do not go near them. Even if they respond to this review with “we did this and you did that blah blah” do not be sucked in by them.
This is rather a long story but the…
This is rather a long story but the details are important.
I own a 2.2L diesel Citroen C5. I read the product description on the company website and chose what I believed to be the right manual based on ALL the information on the appropriate page. There was no opportunity to inspect the manual prior to payment.
I paid for the advertised manual ($39.95) and after downloading it, opened it immediately to get an idea of the quality of the diagrams.
I was unimpressed with the quality and immediately notified the operator of the site of my dissatisfaction. I then continued to examine what I had paid for in more detail, only to discover that the manual that had been supplied to me was the wrong one for my car.
I messaged again and after supplying the VIN number for my car, was offered another manual. This new manual required me to install third party software on my computer which I didn't and still do not want.
I declined their offer and requested a refund which I fully expected to get given that they clearly advertise a "100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back".
This guarantee has been, in my experience worthless.
The company continued to insist that they supply me with unwanted software in order for me to purchase another product.
After they refused to refund my money, I took the matter to Paypal, believing that Paypal would take the steps needed for me to obtain the (promised) refund.
Paypal's most recent response to me after many messages back and forth is that they can't assist me with my claim because "I have altered the item I have purchased"
Since all I have done is download an item (which was the wrong one for my car) and make a request of Paypal to fix my problem with a seemingly very stubborn merchant, I am now left with the conclusion that the company has lied to Paypal by claiming that I have tampered with or "altered" what they sold to me.
I am still in the process of finding out how Paypal have come to the conclusion that they have, regarding this transaction but the only conclusion I can draw at this stage is that Emanualsonline are prepared to lie rather than provide a refund. Be very VERY careful in dealing with this company and if you can buy the thing you want from another seller, my advice is to do so.

purchased a manual based on the 'we will hapily give refunds' statement on their website. downloaded the 16GB manual, only to have to download additional software, then go throught hours of pain trying to get it to run without any joy.
when i asked for a refund i was told 'lets let PAYPAL decide'.
shocking,
Avoid them
Don't buy a manual off these people. If it will not open on your device they will not give a refund. If it does open they are crap. Dozens of files, most useless, takes ages to find anything useful.
