Embroly is so efficient and quick

Embroly is so efficient and quick! They made sure my custom order was to my liking before shipping. I even went as far as changing the picture as I was not completely happy with the picture I initially chose. They made the process of changing my picture smooth sailing and no issues at all. I love the quality of the sweaters, the size true to size in my personal opinion, and the embroidery is simple yet elegant. I am a happy customer.

DO NOT RECOMMEND – Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience

If you value clear communication, professionalism, and a company that stands by its promises, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I ordered a custom hoodie featuring my pet, expecting a smooth and collaborative process based on Embroly’s advertised promises of unlimited edits and exceptional customer service—but what I experienced was unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating.

The first design was completely inaccurate, the second version showed no real improvements, and the third barely resembled my pet at all. Instead of working toward a proper revision, their response was blunt, unwilling to cooperate, and completely dismissive of my concerns. It felt like they wanted an argument over every small request rather than actually resolving the issue.

When I decided to cancel because they refused to proceed with edits, they wanted to keep a portion of the payment, despite the fact that they were the ones unwilling to move forward. This directly contradicts their website’s claims about customer satisfaction and support.

The entire experience was awkward and unnecessarily difficult, making it clear they do not value their customers. I ultimately found another company that handled everything professionally and made the necessary changes without any resistance.

From the beginning, we aimed to create a high-quality embroidery design that captured your pet’s likeness. As we explained, the 2D preview reflects about 80-90% of the final embroidered outcome—once stitched, the details would appear more lifelike and resemble your pet more closely. However, despite multiple attempts to adjust the design according to your feedback, we were unable to align with your vision. We understand that our artistic style may not match your preferences, and we sincerely regret that we couldn't meet your expectations.

Regarding the cancellation, we have a policy of unlimited revisions for regular orders, meaning you are free to request edits until you feel satisfied with the design. However, for canceled orders, a partial design fee is typically retained to compensate our designers, who put in significant time and effort to create precise and detailed artwork. Each pet face illustration takes approximately 30-40 minutes to design, and your order involved multiple revisions. Despite this, in the spirit of good customer service and to avoid further inconvenience, we made an exception and issued a full refund. Perfect gift!

Ordered my son a crewneck sweatshirt with his truck embroidered on it. It was a huge hit!! He wears it all the time. He gets lots of compliments on it! THE BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEA! They sent me the wrong item! I paid extra for the sweatshirt upgrade and they sent me a t shirt. I have sent multiple emails (I have received multiple marketing emails in this time though) and STILL haven't received a reply or a resolution to my issue. This was supposed to be a Christmas present! I will change my review once this issue is resolved!

I tried to order a custom shirt from here. It was painful. I couldn’t order a shirt that was shown on the website. It’s not worth the time it took, and I still didn’t get the shirt I wanted. I gave up. Even contacted support. That was even worse.

Great service and good communication! My artist texted me and gave me mock ups before my item was sent. I was able to make changes before anything was mailed to me. My stuff was sent within 2 weeks. For a personalized item I thought it was very quick and my boyfriend loved his sweatshirt !
