It has been 7 days and i haven’t received any updates/notice that it has been shipped. customer service is TERRIBLE and has only responded to one message and asked for my order number (which i never received).

We received 2 sweaters that looked fantastic! quality of sweater were great. the order process was super easy to navigate. As soon as the order was processed I received a text message of the details of the sweater and had option to change or add anything and also conformation of my shipping address. my order also arrived a day earlier which I always appreciate. will be using them again in the future...

I accidentally selected the wrong color but because of embroly’s great service by showing me a preview of the item before they made it I was able to easily correct it with no hassle! The quality of the product was also great and it came just as advertised. The colors were spot on, the hoodie was thick, and the embroidery was very good quality. I have already recommended the website to a few friends and would definitely use it again!

They were very communicative about the design and it turned out the way I wanted. The only thing is I wish the website were more clear about the thread colors. It got very confusing trying to pick my order on the website. The pictures were very useful though when they texted me.
