I ordered the wireless kit
I purchased the wireless kit, which includes buzzers, a light bar, and headphones. Delivery was prompt, and the setup process was straightforward due to the comprehensive instructions provided. The system is functioning exceptionally well, and clients have responded positively, especially in comparison to other systems I have previously utilized. My only suggestion for improvement would be the inclusion of a second charging cord to allow simultaneous charging of the buzzers and light bar; however, an additional cord is available for purchase online.

It's true we only add one charger to the Set, and we understand this might cause some confusion that we are happy to clear up.
We have chosen to include a single adapter with the kit, that can be used to charge the Light Tube and the Pulsators. This decision was made on the basis of a couple of factors:
-The battery life of the equipment is excellent. You can use the kit for 2 working days before having to charge.
-Similar to the battery inside of a phone or laptop, it is advised to refrain from charging the battery to 100% constantly, to prolong their lifespan.
-By including only one adapter per wireless set, we avoid distributing unnecessary parts and minimize electronic waste.

The best EMDR equipment out there!
I have been using EMDR Kit in my group therapy practice for the last 5 years. My therapists and clients love it! Off Label Use for Primary Insomnia
The company is absolutely amazing: From questions before purchase and through customs, they were available at every step.
Definitely Recommended product and company --above other EDMR device manufacturer. Here is an overly critical review of their 5 star product, wireless EDMR pulsers.

No device is perfect but these are close. I do understand these are not a consumer device.

The Bluetooth range could be improved so the tappers can be found when lost. However, the blinking when accelerometer is triggered is a nice feature.

There is no break 8n tone sequence. example: Left Right, Left Right, Left Left, Right Left, Right Left.

No save feature within the device or base. A smartphone must be used. This isn't desirable for insomnia when we wish to avoid media devices before bed.

Again, I understand I'm researching several EDMR devices for off-label use. Your devices have the most benefits and your devices do exceed where "Bi-Tapps" fail.
