I made a mistake on my billing and shipping addresses a they were able to correct my mistake very quickly and the product arrived very fast as well.

Shipping was very fast. My clients like the "pebbles" from the moment they pick them up. They say that the texture and weight feel good and everyone loves the way the pebbles are warm from the cradle. So far, I am just allowing my clients to become familiar with the pebbles. We have not begun EMDR in earnest yet, but I've gotten fabulous feedback so far!

If I could give 10 STARS
If I could give 10 STARS, I totally would give it to them because they deserve it. I am an old Neurotek user, and we needed to make a switch to a more modern EMDR system for our clinic in Arizona. EMDR Kit does everything right. The app works great, and having remote buzzers enhances the treatment process. We have purchased 2 units in the past two years. One light bar stopped working, and I was worried that we were going to have to purchase a new light bar at a hefty price. EMDR Kit has a wonderful warranty troubleshooter process that was online, and in less than 24 hours they came back with a solution. They are honoring the warranty by replacing the part at no charge to me. I will continue to buy all of our EMDR units from EMDR Kit. I am impressed that quality businesses still exist in this world. Thank you, EMDR Kit; you have earned my business, and I hope they earn yours too!

One of my old tappers gave up the ghost…
One of my old tappers gave up the ghost shortly after my warranty ran out. That has happened before and the last time, I was provided with a new tapper anyway. This time, I didn't get a free replacement but was offered substantial discounts on a replacement or a new new set of tappers. When I decided to go with both options, not only did I get a larger discount, which I didn't have to haggle for, but I got a box full of extra goodies they did not charge me for.

Just 1 pulsator wouldn't work
I had been having trouble with one of the Pulsators for months. Rick, a technician here, took my emails and offered a Zoom meeting to help me. It was great, he was able to resolve a problem that had been happening for months and affecting my practice! He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I have a working EMDR Kit again!!!! I would highly recommend this company and to work with Rick!
