They are trapping your by starting job before even giving you correct price. Asking you for £85 call out charge and then ask you for £ 265 if you reject their quote.

Avoid

A very quick response, but their prices were ridiculous. £800 to replace a single pane of glass in a front door! £245 call out fee and a mess they left me to clear up. Hard to believe these are standard charges.

Absolute crooks.

Absolute crooks.
To avoid at all cost.
I called them for a simple job: changing a window, handyman arrived smelling alcohol, managed to block the existing window and then ask to pay twice the original quoted price being threatening. On top the director (never present) allows himself to call its clients flourish names.
