Great curtains for a good price

Very nice items, more creative than usual home furnishing shops.
When you order on the webshop the delivery date looks always a bit far away but then you get the items just after a few days.

Poor quality fabrics
Everything was fine with the order and payment, but the quality of the bedding was poor. Mine started to pill already after two weeks usage. Disapointing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought some bed linen recently from them. The quality seemed good but then I found various severe quality issues. Some sheets where slightly teared and the bottom sheet (the one that should fit with the matrass) it is the wrong size even thought it says it has the correct measurements.
But what it is the worse is that I have been trying to contact support for almost 2 weeks now and I haven't have a response yet. This is an incredibly bad customer experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING WITH THEM
EDIT: Removing 1 more star because after they saw my review here they did answer my email saying they will make it right but, again, they stopped answering me and it has been quite some days already

I was nicely supriced with costumer service. Before I placed order it was mentioned that order will de delivered on 30th or 31th of December. Because of the delivery service it didnt came on these days. I send a message to the costumer service, they replied very quickly, informed about situation and made a refund of delivery cost the same day!. Nice to be a client of this companie.

Damaged items leading to no appropriate return policy for furniture leading to harassment and threats from the customer service team - if I could give 0 stars, I would prefer that.

Good but Track & trace did not work for days
Track & trace did not work for a couple of days. Eventually delivered home well, furniture matched the description. The manual included was for a different piece of furniture.

Great customer service. They were super helpful with the returns. I do not recommend the beige darkening curtains. They are not darkening at all. But the duvet covers are great.

I received two different types of…
I received two different types of curtains even if I ordered the same type on the website. We returned the package, but the website is not very user friendly, moreover they don’t have an overview of the returning packages. I am still waiting for my reimbursement, and for a reply from customer service. I won’t recommend it.
