Poor quality material and bad customer service
The material was defective (poor quality) and they also sent the wrong size. I have contacted the customer service and they have never responded. I strongly recommend you don't buy from Eminza.

Waiting for refund
I returned my order on October 21st and the package was delivered on the 25th which is now 3 weeks ago but I still haven't received my refund and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing experience.

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, but the quality of the bamboe step was crap! The position of the holes were not accurate, and I had to drill additional ones to make it fit. For the same price I could buy one from IKEA with a much better quality.
