Actually I giving you 5 Stars cause of MR Amr he were amazing in handling my trip and his choices was amazing for staying in macca and Al Madina even flights time and even when I faced issue in Pullman Zamzam in check out payment as they informed me your payment is failed and it's not my issue as already paid to Emirates and got successfully email but really Amr handling everything fast and smooth
I have only some point that my flight both ways delayed 1 H and that's not expected from Emirates as usually be on time but that even made my baby tired and exhausted he keep crying almost most of time in flight and last it's not my issue of they is payment issue with hotels I paid to Emirates not third party

One stop shop…
Emirates Holidays was my one stop shop travel experience planner so to speak. Their customer service was exceptional. Our recent trip to Dubai wouldn't have been as successful had I not gone with them especially when their team go over and above to suggest what to do or experience and share current offer's/promotions that assisted with my planning. Ended up staying at 3 different hotels/resorts over 17 days all packaged up including transfers offered by their sister company. They did all the hard work and met my expectations and made our trip successful and will for sure plan my next trip through them. Every customer agent I dealt with was very professional in handling the enquiry and got back to me as promised. Very committed. I felt part of their family to the extent that some agents recognised me from my voice! How good is that! Thank you Emirates holidays.

From beginning with travel consultant to end of holiday every detail was covered. I was a solo elderly traveller looked after with every attention to detail. Fantastic driver Mohammad, who was always punctual, fantastic tour guide Hassan organised by Emirates through UTA, both these men looked after me, assistance with visa in Jordan and again with departure from Amman, amazing hotels .. Overall Decent Experience
Always had a good/decent experience with Emirates Holidays as we have booked several trips with them. However, the last trip booked to Zanzibar was a little disappointing. When booking the holiday, due to the time period, I paid in full but there was an error on the website. The agent was kind enough to sort this through the phone. The hotel option was 5-star but upon checking-in, the room, amenities were not. The next day, the partner travel agent was meant to meet us at 13:20, he arrived 2 hours late only after I asked the hotel reception to assist in calling him. We tried to arrange two excursions with him and he was unable to accept mastercard (only visa or cash which we were not informed). We asked for a payment link which he could not provide. We suggested to hold on to the excursion receipts while he sends us the payment link once he gets back to his office as the excursions were the next morning (early). He said he needed the payment in full and that the receipts will be given after. When I said if payment cannot be made, he can collect the receipts from the concierge
but he said he was too busy to return to the hotel premises to collect it. We ended up cancelling the excursions. While waiting for the transfer from hotel to airport on our way home, the driver picked up someone else at the lobby. The representative did not answer his whatsapp when I tried reaching out. The concierge had to help us locate the driver. Once in the car, the driver made several personal stops and each time told us to wait (for reasons unknown).

My Panorama east and west coast tour
Recently I have booked Panorama east coast and west coast tour with Emirates holidays.
We had nice experience with the tour. Emirates holidays have eminent supplier network, who take care of the tour locally. Well experienced tour managers made our life easy and the tour enjoyable.
In Dubai, Emirates holidays were updating us regularly the progress, that helped us a lot in planning matters of our part promptly.
Due to a change in the pax, we had to get a refund from the Emirates holidays, we got it promptly without any hustles.
The best part is that the customer service representatives of Emirates holidays are highly professional and reachable just by a phone call.
the negative part is that the amount shown in the website and the actual amount and the payment terms differ significantly.

Terrible service - avoid . Book locally!
Before you read on, please keep in mind that if you have a problem with emirates holidays even if the issue sits with them, they will refuse to refund you your deposit and also take over the allocated time to get back to you.
I booked a package holiday to Dubai and explained I was deliberating between 2 hotels. The gentleman on the phone explained I could change anytime until March 2024 at an amendment charge of £35 per person. He confirmed other than this it would just be the price difference as advertised on the website.
A week after booking I decided to go for the alternative hotel and change. I rang emirates, they confirmed the price and additional details and when they clicked "confirm booking" it wouldn't work , the customer service agent went away and investigated and called me back to tell me the price had gone up by about 30% and there was nothing she could do. On leaving the call I checked the website, the price was still advertised at the lower rate! I called back put they refused to do anything and said I could not speak to a manager.
A few days later, I checked the website for a different hotel in the same resort, price looked okay, so I rang again to change my booking and the exact same thing happened. The price on the website continued to be around £5k even after the phone call but this time they were quoting me £8k on the phone!
And guess what? It happened a third time, only the next time they wanted £10k over the phone but the price was £5.6k on the site!! A severe breach of trading standards due to false advertisement.
I was totally mis-sold the holiday. I was lead to believe I could change for an amendment fee but in fact the prices they were quoting over the phone never matched the website and were hugely inflated.
I have since booked through another travel agent who I believe will look after us properly. However I am in dispute to get my deposit back from emirates.
It's worth noting, the exact same thing happened to friends of ours through different travel agent and due to a system error they could not secure the Jumeriah hotel at the price quoted. As an apology they were offered a better hotel in the same resort for the same price and an upgraded room due to the mistake of mis-advertising prices unlike emirates holidays who basically tell you that it's tough and can’t even provide a logical reason. I have booked 5 previous holidays to Dubai prior to this package and never received such shoddy service! Despite all this their response to my complaint was that they would not refund my deposit.
