Perfect 1st family holiday getaway at Maldives thanks to Emirates Holidays!
My family and I were on the lookout for the right resort that met all our holiday demands in Maldives and I decided to try Emirates Holidays. The staff patiently guided me to various options while I was booking the holiday trip. Despite being extremely pedantic about my requirements for the right resort/room, my innumerable questions and last minute changes, for over a week, the staff supported me at every step in making the right decision. We eventually travelled to Sheraton Full Moon Resort, Maldives with the perfect beachfront cottage, meeting my requirements and exceeding my expectations! The whole travel process was seamless ,right from being warmly welcomed at Male, the stay, the resort facilities and staff- all because Emirates Holidays made it happen. Our family's first international holiday was perfect in every way thanks to the team at Emirates Holidays!

5 star service throughout
We had already been recommended Emirates holidays by a friend. I couldn't fault the service, from the start of the booking, to the lead up to travel and the amazing holiday that we were so lucky to have. The customer service provided by Emirates Holidays UAE was 10/10 consistently, whether this was answering queries on the phone or keeping us updated through clear emails relating to our travel and stay. We also booked the transfer service, which was seamless and good value. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Azure, Mauritius as part of a package holiday and it was just perfect. Emirates clearly choose high-quality resorts as part of their packages. We will absolutely be booking with Emirates Holidays UAE again and would highly recommend to others who may be thinking of doing so.

Great holiday
I loved the fact that I could book the holiday in May and then have until November to decide/pay the outstanding amount. This allowed great flexibility. The holiday was amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend the location (Bali) and Emirates holidays. The transport from the airport to the hotel and vice versa meant that our journey was smooth from start to finish.

Take your money, promise you a lot, deliver nothing
This company is awful to book with, they take your money promise you everything and deliver nothing.
My family paid to come over for New Years Eve and paid for a gala dinner watching Sting which over the phone twice was confirmed this was the case. It comes to NYE and turns out they’ve booked us for a separate gala dinner not watching sting which was meant to be the highlight of our Holliday.
To add onto there incapability a booking of 4 children in economy they separated the seats so one person was sat on there own and have no help to try and sort this problem. The plane food aswell (I know it’s never the best) wow it’s was appalling.
I have travelled a lot and can confirm Etihad or Qatar airlines are 100% a better airline. Don’t waste your money with these

An excellent all round service provided by Madhu at Emirates Holidays Bahrain.
Madhu takes away all the stress and hassle in making all the arrangements for wonderful holidays.

Chat follow up is the worst ever
Chat is absolutely useless for reservation inquiries.
1) The response time is awful, 90 minutes
2) The promised call back never happened
3) The requested answer was never received
In short, zero follow up for a 6-9 days luxury vacation request.
Amazing that this exists in a Dubai owned company, part of Emirates.
I better forget my platinum status and switch to Etihad.

The Full Package
The simplicity of booking hotel, flights & transfers, combined with the assurance that the hotel will be of the Emirates standard reduced my stress and apprehension that we would have a fantastic holiday.
Once we arrived, there was polite follow up from their partner agencies to see if we wanted to avail any excursions (again, the quality assurance that comes with Emirates puts you at ease)

Actually I giving you 5 Stars cause of MR Amr he were amazing in handling my trip and his choices was amazing for staying in macca and Al Madina even flights time and even when I faced issue in Pullman Zamzam in check out payment as they informed me your payment is failed and it's not my issue as already paid to Emirates and got successfully email but really Amr handling everything fast and smooth
I have only some point that my flight both ways delayed 1 H and that's not expected from Emirates as usually be on time but that even made my baby tired and exhausted he keep crying almost most of time in flight and last it's not my issue of they is payment issue with hotels I paid to Emirates not third party

One stop shop…
Emirates Holidays was my one stop shop travel experience planner so to speak. Their customer service was exceptional. Our recent trip to Dubai wouldn't have been as successful had I not gone with them especially when their team go over and above to suggest what to do or experience and share current offer's/promotions that assisted with my planning. Ended up staying at 3 different hotels/resorts over 17 days all packaged up including transfers offered by their sister company. They did all the hard work and met my expectations and made our trip successful and will for sure plan my next trip through them. Every customer agent I dealt with was very professional in handling the enquiry and got back to me as promised. Very committed. I felt part of their family to the extent that some agents recognised me from my voice! How good is that! Thank you Emirates holidays.

From beginning with travel consultant to end of holiday every detail was covered. I was a solo elderly traveller looked after with every attention to detail. Fantastic driver Mohammad, who was always punctual, fantastic tour guide Hassan organised by Emirates through UTA, both these men looked after me, assistance with visa in Jordan and again with departure from Amman, amazing hotels .. If possible I shall book an Emirates holiday again. Thank you Sioban in the office for putting this wonderful experience together for me.
