I used Emirates Holidays to book my recent visit to Dubai. The attendants at the Emirates Holidays office in Nairobi are phenomenal. I was booked in Business Class and at Aloft Hotel, Deira. The cost was super affordable and the stay memorable. Always use Emirates Holidays instead of booking your flight and stay separately. They have the solutions. If only everyone knew this secret!

the booking was seamless and done in 5 minutes (we were 6 travelers) it was a last-minute decision, so we panicked about obtaining visas timeously, got it in a day. we then realised that we could leave a day earlier and as required sent an Email to EH who reverted within a few hours confirming that it could be done for an extremely nominal fee which i was happy to pay and within the next hour all was arranged including a notification being sent to the hotel and the ground staff who were to welcome us. All our expectations were met it was a totally present trip for a group with high standards as we travel every year and often times twice a year. its the first time we did not use a travel agency and were surprised that this was far more pleasant and hassle free. more importantly when i emailed EH on a Saturday wanting tickets to the waterpark for sunday within an hour this was sorted, this kind of service has to be praised. all in all we intend travelling again towards the end of the year and without doubt shall be utilising EH.

We had an excellent stay in Sri Lanka thanks to Emirates Holidays - great accommodation, excellent travel arrangements and fantastic customer service as well as super value for money!

First time with Emirates Holidays & they didn't disappoint from initial booking to the pre booked return to airport Taxi.
Good selection of hotels, flights & options for travel times.
A suggestion for improvement would be to market Emirates Holidays more on the Emirates website as I purely came across it by accident.

We recently booked a family holiday to Thailand through Emirates Holidays, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous as described and we got a free upgrade, the flights were smooth and comfortable, and the airport transfers were perfectly organized Ina big luxurious car as we were 6 travelers. Everything worked like clockwork, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation.
What impressed us the most was the flexibility and customer service. We unexpectedly needed to postpone our trip, and Emirates Holidays kindly accommodated the change without any additional charges. Even better, the whole issue was resolved with a single email, quick, professional, and completely hassle-free.

Booked a package holidays with Emirates holidays before the start of the war by paying a deposit. We contacted them before 05/05/26 about getting a refund so that we can book somewhere else for our anniversary. Our family and friends who were coming with us but booked with British airways holidays have all received a full refund and cancelled all flights and holidays until 31/10/26.as for us and our daughter who booked with Emirates Holidays we were told that we can’t have a full refund and if we want to cancel we will have to pay cancellation fees. My question is what does BRITISH AIRWAYS HOLIDAYS and other travel companies that cancel all trips and holidays to Dubai know that emirates doesn’t? We are left in a situation where we can’t book or arrange another holidays to celebrate our anniversary with our family and friends and we don’t know when are we getting the full refund? Very stressful times.

Booking a holiday package through Emirates is the best option for anybody, not only does the package include your flights and accommodation, but they also offer free visas to Dubai which really is a saving. loved every minute of my holiday and definitely will be returning. thank you, Emirates, for making my dream come true.

Emirates/emirates holidays both refuse to refund us and now even talk to us.

We have already lost a deposit (even though our hotel is closed due to missiles striking the palm with the Iran war alongside a drone hitting the airport, now we stand to additionally lose the money I have paid to upgrade our seats. Another £324

Customer service has been shocking, they just ignore you then lie when you do speak to them, saying its impossible to refund the money? Why?

Iv not used the service iv paid for as its not safe to travel there, just give me back my money back and ill be happy, you can still sell the upgrades to someone else if your still daft enough to be travelling there.

The hotel is currently closed and flights are disrupted, but emirates couldnt care less.

I honestly thought better of Emirates but it turns out they are just a bunch of thieves

This was my first ever international trip, and I decided to book with Emirates Holidays and it was overall a good experience, though it came with a few learning moments along the way. The booking process itself was straightforward, and the travel arrangements were well-structured. However, aspects like the visa process and pre-travel requirements required extra attention, and since I had a short time before my trip, it made the process feel a bit overwhelming at first.

That said, once everything was sorted, the actual trip and coordination were smooth. I appreciate the quality of service provided throughout the journey, and I would consider booking with Emirates Holidays again—this time with more confidence and preparation.

I would like to appreciate Emirates Holidays for the fast action in regards to the travel to UAE. For all the questions i had before travel, they remained polite and helpful with the information. They processed the visa fast enough, they advised on suitable travel dates ensuring the flights would not be cancelled and I’d have a smooth flight to and from. Amazing transfers with Marhaba and they were timely. During my stay, they even checked on me to know how i was fairing in which i find it superb care as their passenger. This is our 2nd year in a row using Emirates Holidays and we continue to be happy with the service, especially the knowledge offered by the reps during the selection and booking stages. Even throughout the holiday we were checked upon as we had some issue with the hotel that was resolved immediately.

The only thing I would mention, especially during these unprecedented times is to be absolutely clear regarding the exceptions to the cancellation and refund policies as a result of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Thank you.

Room for Improvement
I was lucky enough to find a promo rate for a flight upgrade, but I only discovered it by coincidence. I suggest making these offers much more visible during the booking process. Additionally, it would be a massive improvement if these promo upgrades were available for the entire trip rather than just a single leg.

Overall: A fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

I don’t think anyone does holiday planning as well as emirates holidays. Very professional service. Even through the regional challenges they handled my holiday to Singapore via Dubai with such professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a holiday.
