This fragrance really surprised me the hawas london rasasi, at first it smelled like quite light with a punch of a secnt then dried down to a strong long lasting scent and literally lasts for so long, once spritz u can smell in your whole house or wherever else u spritz it, it's beautiful warm soft and strong it's a scent that won't go away and u won't have to reapply again and again one of my favourites now.

After several weeks I finally managed to resolve the issue: I received the perfume and I really liked it. However, I recommend being quicker in responding and handling customer service requests.

Their prices are very good. Good product and efficient delivery. Highly recommend.

I read reviews and starting to get sceptical so I emailed and they replied instantly…. I received my aftershaves a day earlier than expected which is amazing.

My first order was Zenith Santal, one the best fragrances buys.
My 2nd order 33560 received on 19th Feb, Zenith Deep was excellent, fresh citrus and woody.
Zenith Tobacco although I like the fragrance, unfortunately has caused a skin rash, I am unable to wear it, I am unable to return as it is not faulty. Because of this I will give 3 stars review rather than 5.

Basically don't order from this company. They take your money. Don't deliver the goods and trying to get in touch with them is impossible. I did finally get my refund but how this company is still trading I will never know. They sell stock they don't yet have and are then always playing catch up. Order elsewhere!

I've used this shop multiple times, never had a problem, delivery can be a slow at times and speedy at other times, items come well packed so no damage to item or box. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future

Royal Mail has literally just delivered this, only ordered 3 days ago. Just tried it and it really is pretty close to my Dior Parfum which I absolutely love. Great price, packaging and delivery. Think this'll be my go to company from now on.....well done Emirates Oud! 😊

I recently ordered Thriller 3 and received it promptly, so I was initially very pleased with the service and delivery time.

Unfortunately, the sprayer on the bottle is not working properly. Instead of producing a fine mist spray, it releases a single stream of perfume, which makes it difficult to use as intended.

I reported the issue directly to Emirates Oud, and they asked me to provide a video showing the fault. I sent the requested video promptly, clearly demonstrating the issue. However, I have not yet received a response or update regarding a resolution.

I’m hoping this can be resolved soon, as I was really looking forward to using the fragrance properly.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed

I had a terrible experience with Emirates Oud.

I ordered 3 Atheeri perfumes from them and paid a total of £74.97. Royal Mail delivered the parcel today, but when I opened the box, there was only ONE perfume inside instead of three.

I was charged for all 3 items, but only received one. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

I expected better service and proper quality control. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I hope they take responsibility and fix this immediately.

I would not recommend buying from them based on my experience.
