Their service is very nice. I ordered a perfume called vulcan feu. IT IS VERY NICE oh yaaaasss slay, i pulled about 6-7 baddies with that smell on me u see my ting? But delivery was bare long you know (8 days) js cr4cked with the 6th ting so nice. It smells like mango. Perfumes are legit

So I am an avid perfume lover and have garnered over 200 fragrances in my collection. I was browsing the internet searching for suitable affordable perfumes to gift my friends and family over the festive season and stumbled upon Emirates oud. I was initially skeptical as to the quality of their perfumes and tested them by ordering a few, they had a quick turnaround time from placing my order to the actual delivery, all my products came in good condition and were top quality! Since then I’ve been a regular customer! 100% satisfied customer here !

This is my favourite shop of Middle Eastern Frangrances. Best prices on the market (especcialy if there some holiday sale)-its just a gift. Good choice of scents. Good packiging, nice delievery (didnt have any problems with delievery services).

Have purchased from this company around five times. Great service always. Products arrive quickly, always on time. Well packed for postage. Always genuine scents, good quality. Often scents competitively priced. Would highly recommend. Haven't yet had a problem, so can't really comment on returns or what happens if there is a problem. So far so good! Only cheeky thing I'd suggest is, it would be nice to have some kind of a reward/point/discount scheme for regular customers, to stop them straying elsewhere :-)

My item has not been sent even though it was showing in stock

Customer service appalling. Genuinely think it’s just one person running the whole business, placed an order with express delivery on Monday expected delivery by Friday, emailed them and contacted via dm at least 5 times and no response, Order has been cancelled and refund issued, they refunded my order as they’d ran out of the item which I paid for, but their website says in stock, which seems to be a common theme on most of the bad reviews.. Avoid this company like the plague please, needs liquidating.

I did not request it was delivered by a specific date whatsoever, I stressed in my emails that I would like to cancel if my order wasn’t delivered within the time frame which is given when paying extra for express delivery. This alongside the fact I hadn’t received a response to either of my emails until they’d come back and cancelled my order days after my initial enquiry.

Don’t try and falsify information regarding someone’s order/review and just take it on the chin like a proper person, again proving why no one should be putting money into this persons pockets.. quick enough to respond to a bad review but won’t reply to their emails!

Excellent experience. First time shopping with this company and I found it to be easy enough to browse their website, choose the item I wanted and checkout. Speedy delivery and goods received were packaged well, the perfume was well protected. I was recommended to shop with them and will definitely shop again.

I was worried to order from here based on some of the reviews, but I took my chances and paid via PayPal just in case I experienced issues. Pleased to say I received my purchase safe and sound. Lovely perfume and lovely bottle. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

The only problem I found was the samples writing, some of them couldn't read properly.

Extremely Disappointing !!

I had ordered 2x Rayhaan Pharaoh. I products were delivered today by Royal Mail. I opened the box and there was only 1 perfume not 2. I saw similar reviews on their website/Trustpilot so assuming they do this on purpose. This is a scam, they charged for 2 perfume but only sent 1 perfume.

I have emailed them, no response yet. I hope they will fix it otherwise I will contact my credit company.

I was looking to try a few arabian perfumes before buying a bigger bottle. I purchased 5 samples with no problem and quite reasonable prices. My only problem now is to narrow down my choices as they are all beautiful 😍

I’m more than delighted with this company, the web sites good as they tell what perfume is trying to clone as well great help.

Delivery was easy to track and items were properly packaged.

Awful don't use , items marked as in stock then took a week to send me an email saying items were no longer in stock so got refunded, then waited another week for delivery to be finally sent even though it was 24h signed for delivery then never got my parcel and no response from their helpline over 2 weeks later but keep getting ' how did we do emails ' and ' hope you enjoyed your items emails '. So junk emails but no actual customer service team.
