This is the second time I have purchased from this store. Both times have been great. I love vanilla voyage, Ive brought 3 bottles now. Service is great and also a great price. Despatch can be a little slow but I always order in advance. Will continue to purchase from here.

A very good company and honest people to work with. They answer immediately when you need help with something and they do really good discounts. Their website is very informative if the products that they are selling and what the perfume is inspired by. Really really great to deal with.

I purchased a few fragrances and overall I’m really pleased with the service. One item was sent incorrectly at first, but after I returned it, the correct one was sent out. The issue was handled smoothly, and I’m happy with the outcome. I’d definitely order from them again.

2 weeks after my order was despatched I still haven't received it. This is partly to do with Royal Mail and a signature required for delivery when I'm at work all week and they refuse to leave in a safe place. Emirates Oud customer service isnt fantastic or helpful and a review of delivery options is needed to suit all customers. I can't leave a review of the fragrances as I haven't received them. Would I order again? My personal view is unfortunately not!

I have placed multiple orders with Emirates Oud, they stock a genuine and a impressive range of fragrances. Orders are packed securely and arrive intact. My only criticism is the delay in dispatching orders recently. Other than that EO provide a superb service. I wouldn't buy perfumes from any other site.

Ordered from this company a few times and on the whole they are great. The products are genuine and authentic. Customer service is good. However, the shipping times really need improving.

Decent alternative for designer fragrances with pocket friendly price

Ordered 2 fragrances. This being my 6th order with them, unfortunately I received an item that had already been opened and was not sealed. Instead of fixing the problem I was basically called a liar and told to live with it. Shocking customer service.

I believe I bought 'you're drugged' from them, a kilian dupe of intoxicated. While not the best name/synonym, it is ridiculously close to the ginger original and lasts pretty well. Perhaps more intimate sillage, and less longevity than kilian's original, but so ridiculously close during the dry down. Love it. Beautifully presented too in its cylindrical sturdy box and the bottom is beautiful. Absolutely recommended. While this states its 'an unprompted' review, I was emailed to submit a review. This review has not been coerced by anyone however. Genuinely a great product. 'Please don't harm my family'...sorry, the intrusive thoughts got the better of me and I wanted to make a joke.

Genuine middle Eastern fragrances with fast delivery good communication . I have ordered full bottles and the available samples numerous times now...

Would be great to see even more samples offered so you don't have to blind buy scents.

If ypu can get hold of any of Daniel Rene's fragrances I would give you 10 stars!

Amazing fragrances, but Customer Service needs
improvement
I recently purchased several fragrances from Emirates Oud, and I must say the quality is exceptional. The scents are rich, long-lasting, and the packaging reflects a truly premium brand. I am very happy with the products themselves.
However, I hope to see better and faster responsiveness from the Customer Service team. Improving the communication speed would make the overall shopping experience perfect and worthy of such high-quality perfumes.
I look forward to seeing these improvements in the future. Thank you!

The prices was fantastic, the delivery unfortunately delayed a tiny bit but nothing to affect my experience. One of the seven fragrances I got has a faulty spray and they sent me the return label straight away and a new one between I was posting true faulty return ! 100% recommend
