First Emirates airlines vacations and start of many more
I have flown Emirates airlines in the past for travel only but this is my first Emirates vacation. It was a great experience and will be the start of several more Emirates vacations.
Booking the flight and hotel package was easy to do online. The hotel I choose was exactly as described on site in the city center and easy access to multiple historic and cultural sites, that it was easy commute to sites and back to hotel. The price of flight and hotel package was great for the experience.

Subject: Formal complaint- Flight attendant Miayonthi Desilva "aka" Mia (Sri Lanka)
Overall your Emirates service is excellent!
However, there was an incident on 2/5/23 Ek204 Flight attendant, MIAYONTHI DESILVA AKA MIA(SRI LANKA) after requesting a TORTE dessert, she CHARGED at me to say 1 per person. This dessert was NOT included in my low salt meal. I requested her name from another attendant. Apparently, Mia became aware and immediately CHARGED again to my row to say "YOU ASKED FOR MY NAME?" I responded "Yes, and while you are here you can provide me with your last name". I wanted to ensure I reported the correct attendant. I continued to explain to her how RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL she was regarding her NASTY response to my request. I told her as a Manager, in my profession. I will take this opportunity to COACH her and informed Mia ," it's not WHAT we say, it's HOW we say things when speaking with a customer"
Mia did not reflect the Emirates Brand or any other company brand. I would hope that this incident would be addressed immediately. I desperately wanted to share my horrible experience upon arrival to Dubai but couldn't find the information.
I'm happy to be able to share my experience at this time.

Customer Service Agent Planned Our Perfect Vacation!
I was going to book a hotel and air with Emirates online for a family vacation to Dubai, but instead called Emirates Vacations and I am so glad I did! The representative helped me pick the perfect hotel for our needs, arranged airport transfers, requested a room upgrade (which we received!) and really made it easy to plan the entire trip! Plus packaging the air and hotel with Emirates Vacations saved us money. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again!

Emirates airline and vacation are the best I have ever experience. The customer service was busy but they spend the time to make sure you are satisfied and most
Importantly the are honest the pic my hotel and insured me it was a good location. The quality of the food on the plane was the best I ever had. The only mistake was not updating my reservation to the correct hotel. Now I did book in February and the vacay was in Dec. The hotel location was perfect it connect to the Museum of the future ( a must see) and the metro that took us straight to the Mall of Dubai and Burj Khalifa

Excellent Flight Attendants & Good Food
Online customer service is fantastic. The flight attendants are well trained in calming babies quickly to avoid other passengers from being disturbed. They were always friendly and very professional. Breakfast and dinner were very good, especially on the return flight Dubai to Chicago there were no chickpeas. Plenty of entertainment including newly released movies so the 14-hour flight went by quickly. Their vacation packages are more economical than the other online bookings. Will definitely go through Emerites Holidays again.

Emirates best company ever
From entering the Emirates lounge to boarding the plane .
This company excells it self absolutely fantastic 👏 well done .
We had economy seats with plenty of leg room for a 24 hour flight to Australia.
All drinks free , No plastic cutlery and even when the lights went out the ceiling had little diamonds that looked like stars.
The only thing I can fault them for is me and my husband sat near the toilet door, after around 12 hours of people coming back and too every time the door opened we kept getting a pong.
