This was one of the best airlines I’ve traveled with. We had a few long flights on Emirates and they go out of their way to make sure you’re entertained, comfortable, and taken care of. The staff is very courteous and professional, the entertainment on the flight really helped to pass the time. I would certainly be happy to travel with Emirates again.

What an amazing experience! I booked my trip to Dubai for me and my daughters ( two special birthdays). The lady who assisted me over the phone with the flight and the hotel as well as transfer was very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. Flight was amazing. Premium Economy definitely worth but might fly Business Class next time. Greeting at the airport was delightful with directions and info provided the minute we got off the plane. Assistance was there throughout the airport, although not needed. Car and Driver were ready to go and check in was flawless with the Ocean Deluxe room as booked. Amenities due to low season were definitely appreciated and Jumeirah Group leaves nothing to be desired for. Jumeirah Mina A'Salam is a jewel of a hotel with wonderful staff.
Return transfer was confirmed two days prior with driver right on time.
We are already looking at our next trip with you..

Booking a vacation with Emirates vacations was seamless and customer service was prompt when responding to questions. The service and hospitality extended by Emirates vacations exceeded our expectations. In comparison to Air Canada Vacations and Westjet vacations, Emirates vacations is the gold standard. Booking was easy loved the customer service the agents were very helpful and knowledgeable. 1.Flight from boston to Dubai was a direct flight 12hrs the crew were not that pleasant to some passengers we sat in an exit isle so we had a view of the crew members on how they were treating some passengers on our flight back home the flight crew were more compassionate towards passengers they get a thumbs up. 2. You are never hungry the feed you a lot which me being a diabetic is very important. 3. We were treated so well when we met our meet and greet person they were very pleasant. 4. Jw marriott marquis is an amazing hotel let me tell you this hotel treat me like a queen the rooms are beautiful the front desk attendants princy and Nicole new I was on holiday for my birthday they gave a room with a view. 5. The staff at jw Marriott marquis are incredible polite,respectful,just all around awesome. 6. On my birthday the front desk attendants Nicole and princy sent me a cake and chocolate covered dates and a beautiful hand written card that melt my heart on how attentive this hotel attendants are if I could give a 100 star’s review to jw Marriott marquis hotel I would. 7. The food in kitchen 6 AMAZING they have everything you could think of the servers were so polite. Needless to say I had a wonderful time I would absolutely 100% will be booking my future holidays with emirates. The only thing I would change is I would book business class for the long haul flights economy seats are not comfortable for a 12 and 14 hr flight but other than that my experience was amazing from the camel rides to the museum of the future. When an airline called then five star

I want to write my entire experience from booking with emirates vacations to back to IAD.
It started when we bought economy saver tickets through emirates vacations. We want to upgrade the flight to business class using the points and made multiple phone called to emirates vacation and they said please contact emirates not us. We are different. I did not get it why they are different entity. When you called emirates airline they said emirates vacations took your money so please contact them. We were totally bouncing back and forth with them. Still was not able to find solutions to my problem (1st frustration).
Then comes the 48 hours check in process. When you book the economy saver it says you get to choose your seats within 48 hours upon check in. Again emirates auto assign the seats to us and called it we checked in. So IAD to Dubai flight which is 1st leg of the flight emirates place all four of us in back seats. My daughter do get motion sickness time to time but night flight is the worse episode of the motion sickness. So my son put the alarms every hour to see if they have any open seats available so we can move front the aircraft not back of it (2nd frustration). It’s a pain to do these when you are going on vacation.
He did the same thing for Dubai to Male flight so alarms schedule.
I felt like we are not going on vacation but following the time table schedule.

When coming back from Male to Dubai and Dubai to IAD. Emirates again auto assigned the seats to us. These time they gave us seats Male to Dubai seats together since flight was empty. But from Dubai to IAD all four seats are scattered throughout the economy class. So my daughter is under the age of 13 and emirates policy with kids under the age of 13 will get to seats with family. Who cares of the policy when one make it. They gave all of us different seats (3rd frustration). Again my son put the alarm for each hours to see if they have open seats we can all come together. We decide so go emirates counter earlier in Male to see if they can gave us the seats together. They gate agent try to help us in Male but she said they are open seats but Dubai control them there end. So it won’t let me change from here. When land to Dubai please go to connection centre and they will able to help you. When we went there she said they flight is overbooked and someone has to stay back. That we left from there since she wasn’t that helpful. She was very rude. The reason we won’t change the seat since my daughter had bad motion sickness during the night flight so we do not want to bother passengers seating next to us. Then we want to gate for departure, there we ask the gate agent again if we can upgrade or change our seats. He said flight it overbooked and there is no seats available together. We also said the gate agent in Male said that there are available seats in the flight and Dubai airport will able to help. Gate agent in Dubai called her liar. I was shocked to hear it from his mouth that he was saying bad about his coworker and totally unprofessionalism. We are asking if they won’t to see the prescription for my daughter for motion sickness he said there is no seats available together in very rude manner. My husband got very update stating saying the you guys treated us like second class citizens and we are just requesting the seats. Gate agent at the Dubai airport says do you want me to call the security and you know how security in Dubai works in very threatening manner. I told my husband that please clam down and let us all go home and we will never ever fly with emirates again or even booked the vacations with them again.

In short, the day we booked the vacation with emirates it gave us the frustration and anger by nothing else. We are mislead, no trust factor, bad customer service. Gate agent at the Dubai were very rude and disrespectful. Only staff member were polite were all the cabin crew member on all the flights.

Please let me know if you have same experience on your own will you able trust that airline again to fly with them.

As far next trip concern, we will be no longer flying with emirates in the future. We will telling others to do the same.

Once we landed, there was no question about where to go or who to look for. I felt secure and in good hands, being so far away from home. Communication level was great, and the hotel handled all the details beautifully. As a result, I felt confident, and enjoyed the beautiful Maldives without worry or concern.

The whole vacation package was well worth the trip. I will definitely purchase another vacation package next year and Go back to Dubai. It was the best time I ever had.

I booked a trip to Dubai, stayed the JW Marriott Marquis, which was an unmatched experience!!! Going to Dubai was a dream come true and Emirates Vacations helped made that happened. The team addressed any questions or concerns I had. They provided a welcome package informing you of what to do, what emergency numbers to call should any issue arise, which was helpful. My vacation is over, and I’m already on looking on Emirates Vacation for the next one. Great service! Great prices!

Our experience was made great due to the excellent support given by your representative Olma. She was available always and if not I was given a contact in her place. She solved problems and worked closely with me since this was my first time to do a group via Emirates Vacations. She met me at the hotel when we arrived in Dubai and gave me Emirate Tours hats for everyone. I am looking forward to doing other trips via Emirates Vacations in 2024.

Going to Dubai was a dream experience for me. Since I had never been, I wanted to work with an experienced team that would make my trip enjoyable. My friends and I heard through another satisfied customer about Emirates vacation packages. From the beginning, the process and system ran smoothly. I was able to select my flights, choose events throughout my time in Dubai, and did not have to worry about anything. The variety of activities proposed by Emirates Vacations made the selection process easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and experience. I would gladly use the services again. I have already told friends about my wonderful experience.

Our family of 4 just returned from a one-week vacation to Dubai, booked through Emirates Vacations. The flight, transfers, and our stay at Palm Atlantis all exceeded expectations. Everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed completely focused on making our trip a great one.
There were some communication challenges when setting things up initially, but this was delt with and corrected in a professional manner.
Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have ever had, and I would not hesitate to use Emirates Vacations again!

Emirates vacation staff are so easy to deal with!. They make the booking process so seamless and even with any alteration to your booking never seems to be a problem. They also provide recommendations based on your travel needs which had worked out well for us when advised to do bed and breakfast in stead of all inclusive being that we would be mainly doing tourist stuff and would not benefit being we would be at the hotel enough time to really verified from the all inclusive. The only take back that I can give is that we were not notified that a deposit would be required upon checking in and that did throw us for a loop as we were not expecting to pay another 500U.S for deposit that would be taxed per day while in the room. Therefore led me to think why did we pay so much then for accommodation during our booking. So please look out for that. Other than that our experience at Dubai was great. But the extra unknown cost should be advised on when doing your booking. Thanks

Emirates vacation provided an affordable option for us to visit Dubai and enjoyed all tgat the country n destination had to offer. The hotel was amazing. The airport shuttle and everyone was very helpful. The system allowed for part payments which made it better to do payment. My only recommendation would be that if space is available that they make upgrades a little more affordable. Thanks a lot and we will be looking at emirates vacations to visit other destinations that you fly to.

exclusive reception at airport and ride back to the airport made a lot of difference

Very bad by all standards! I feel this travel agency is on full scam spree. No customer support when needed. Emirate vacations messed up with my trip to Maldives because of their system is being not properly managed so I lost one day of my resort stay. They let me wait for 12 hours hanging in the airport with three small children because they said there was no one available to book your tickets. It was a nightmare for us and very normal affair for them. No hotel accommodations or vouchers were provided during the ordeal. The customer service is run by a bunch of incompetent people who have no clue about their role and the rights of customers. Also, the website advertising packages in a way to trick and trap people and one you pay, you will get a completely different package and if you don’t read it prior to your departure then your done.

I have flown with Emirates several times and it is always great. It was the first time using Emirates Vacations and I will be using it again. Transfers we on time and the service was friendly and courteous. Great trip as always.

I flew into DXB on April 22 and had the warmest welcome experience from the Emirate holiday team at the airport. I was assisted in everything up till getting into my transport arranged by Emirate vacation.
I’m very pleased with the service I received.
I will continue to use this service.
