I used Emirates vacation for my Dubai vacation and loved every minute of the trip. The package deal was reasonable, good flight, spacious aircrafts, and the airline food was decent- no complaints. My hotel, breakfast and airport transfer were all included and relieved a lot of stress. I love this airline.

Their vacation plan was a total scam. I needed a e-visa to go and they did not inform me of this until ten days before I was to leave. Then they would not give me the info I needed to complete the e-visa. I lost 5000 dollars on this scam. They will never answer their phone and if you want to talk to them, it has to be at 12 mid night

We are soooo glad we found Emirates Vacations to book our honeymoon in October 2021 to the Seychelles. They made is so easy to travel with providing connecting flights, transportation, and hotel all in one click! Being from Chicago and North America, we use an online travel company to book our trips to the carribean, so I was thrilled to find Emirates Vacations to take us to countries that are half way around the world for us! It’s great not having to book connecting flights, hotels and transportation in another country separately and where you are unfamiliar!

The customer service is great, they keep in touch via email and they are available on the phone to customize your trips for you! They provide great updates leading up to the vacation itself! Emirates Vacations opened up an easy and stress free way to book vacations that are half way around the world for us! The travel portion is always a drag but flying business class made the travel portion a vacation in itself. I have never looked forward to the travel itself until we flew business with Emirates, the flight crew and plane itself was an amazing experience and so comfortable to travel! We look forward to using Emirates Vacations to book our Maldives, Bali, and other destinations that are so far away for us in the next few months and upcoming years. Now Emirates needs to make the South Pacific destinations easily accessible for us as well! That would be amazing! Thank you for making our honeymoon amazing and stress free!

I recently returned from a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Dubai all booked by Emirates Vacations. The Emirates representative listened carefully to my specific requirements and provided me with great package options that were on point and within my budget.

Overall everything went smoothly and was meticulously arranged from the flight, airport/hotel car service, to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful with lots of amenities, it was a fairly new property, and had great COVID-19 safety procedures allowing guests to feel comfortable. Loved my very spacious room with a balcony and a view.

I’d definitely use and recommend Emirates Vacations for future travel to Dubai and other locations.

We recently returned from a trip to Dubai to participate in the Expo 2020. Every arrangement prepared by Emirates Vacations went off without a hitch. The flight, transfers and accommodations were all superb, and all parties understood what was included. Even better, the price for the trip was far lower than I expected before we booked. Our experience with Emirates has opened up an entire region of the world for further explorations. We are already talking about our next trip.

We had a lovely vacation celebrating our wedding anniversary in the Maldives. One always hopes a vacation lives up to expectations and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely Emirates Vacation with a package that was great for us in terms of budget and five star quality. We are looking forward to our next holiday!

My recent trip to Dubai was amazing. The Emirates Vacation package was economical and super convenient. The attention to detail was exceptional right from my transfers to and from the airport. On my transfer to the airport I really loved that the driver enquired if I had all my necessary travel documents prior to commencing the drive. Cheers!!

Our second experience with Emirates Vacations was great. The first was last year when our vacation was canceled in March due to Covid. Being that this was a graduation gift for our son we had to reschedule. It was a hassle getting our money back but, we finally did after a couple of months. I then rescheduled in august for this May. They were very helpful with changing my flight once my original direct flight was canceled. I called because I was put on a connecting flight and they changed it immediately with no extra charge since my flight was canceled.

I had an amazing experience with Emirates Vacations! My vacation package was priced fairly. The experience from booking to departure home was amazing. I can't wait to book my next vacation via Emirates.

Excellent customer service from the start and great prices. All the process was very smooth and clear. Had a last minute flight schedule change and the agency was able to reschedule my flights so I can be home on the date I was supposed to. They even contacted me several times to the island where I was staying. The only thing I wish they had is a chat option (either online chat or whatsapp number) . Sometimes internet signal, specially on remote places, is only good for texting but not calling. Next vacation for sure will check on Emirates Vacations before checking any other website or agency.

Booked our trip to Dubai with Emirates Vacation for the first time and could not be happier. Customer Service was excellent. The representative met us at the airport and guided to the meeting point where beautiful SUV Limos were waiting for us. Very happy with the service and smooth communication throughput the whole booking process. Will book for sure again and will recommend to our friends and family.
