I've been trying to get a refund for a trip that was scheduled for April but Emirates cancelled the trip due to COVID-19. The resort we were set to go to was closed, the flights were cancelled, and yet I am still trying to fight with them. First they refused to give a refund, only a trip credit - NOPE. So we got trip insurance involved. Finally after investigating them and dealing with insurance they conceded and asked for 90 days to process a refund. Fine, at least now we're talking about a refund. They had until mid-September to get me that refund - NOTHING. No communication, no money, just silence. I reach out again. "Kindly know we're expediting your payment" - NO YOU'RE NOT! Another month plus has gone by and still no refund. The trip has been cancelled for 7 months now and they're just sitting on my hard earned money during a year when we can't afford to be out thousands of dollars. Absolutely horrible experience, please be aware of the risk you are taking when you give this company your money.

Wrong information, 1,5 month to get reply & no refund!
We bought tickets onboard Emirates flight for a show in Dubai. A total of 300$.
When we landed in Dubai we found out that the show was not running the 4 days that we were in Dubai.

Ridiculous! Waited to 1,5 month to get a qucik reply from customer service that they will not refund.

Be very caution before booking with Emirates Vacations
In my case Emirates cancelled all the flights from US due to Covid-19, UAE government stopped issuing visa on arrival, hotel was closed.

We worked with Emirates Vacations to arrange our vacation in the Maldives. It was a trip of a lifetime. Emirates was patient and knowledgeable during the initial booking process, providing numerous quotations for the numerous alternatives we were investigating. We finally booked at one of their recommended resorts, which proved to be outstanding. All arrangements made by Emirates were executed without any glitches. Great vacation and great experience with Emirates.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I am so extremely disappointed. I received an e-mail from Emirates stating the THEY had cancelled my reservation. I immediately called the reservations department and they stated that they would NOT refund my money. I was welcome to rebook at a price almost 40% MORE than the original trip. I sent them a copy of THEIR Terms and Conditions that clearly state that if THEY are the ones who cancel the trip, I am entitled to a full refund. I also sent them the Department of Transportation rule stating that if THEY cancel the flight, they are responsible to provide a FULL refund of all monies paid. In any other arena, this would be considered theft. You pay for a service, they do not render the service, and they keep your money.

Had a great experience with Emirates Vacation package to Dubai with my 16 yr old son. Flight was as expected for economy class. Arrived both to Dubai and back home timely, hotel package was excellent. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely plan another trip with them.

Used Emirates vacation to go from JFK to South Africa flying for 23 hrs. JFK to Dubai flt was good, but flt from Dubai to SA was horrible. Seats were cramped and service could improve.

Arrived at Capetonian Hotel to a 9th flr room w/bed sunken on one side to the frame, stained drapes, wet carpet and an all round uncomfortable, completely unacceptable room. Tired and hungry, mgmt of the hotel was EXTREMELY tardy to respond, until I called Emirates.

Thereafter the situation changed and we received a new room on the 2nd flr. What a drastic contrast! Apparently they are refurbishing and the work was on the 3rd flr, which means all rooms 3rf flr and above maybe undesirable. The situation took a couple hours to be resolved, and we stayed some 4 nights.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety. Chef Shahied and Junior the Server, were the best! The location is good in the heart of town, but randomly you will encounter the homeless.

Despite being in economy class, I had a nice experience.

It is our first time traveling with this airline and we loved it.

We had a super comfortable 16 hour flight, excellent food and service

We have been using Emirates for our travels wherever we have been and are very much satisfied with the Excellent services provided to us.
As we booked this time directly with Emirates Holidays, its was a great pleasure to deal with the team directly and they have been proactive, prompt, professional and very patient with us.

The complete package of flights and hotel was great and we really enjoyed our stay in Dubai.

Thank you so very much for all your support. We have already shared with family and friends and soon they will be contacting Emirate Holidays and we hope they will get the same services too.

I made a reservation back in August for Dubai vacation, including flight and hotel. The process was very easy. They gave me multiple quot for different hotels. They were very clear on the expectations, and any additional fees by the hotels. The flight was confirmed, with out any issues. The hotel was great, and the fees were exactly what I was told. The only thing I wish is ability to upgrade flights with money option. This was not available when I contacted them. However, I was able to upgrade through Emirates Airlines directly. I highly recommend Emirates Vacations for there great service.

Great trip overall! Second time to The Maldives. We stayed at the Cocoon. Beautiful property, great service, water incredible. Snorkeling was a little disappointing compared to the last trip. The island is the size of a dot, nothing really to do aside from swimming. Food was good, buffet style. Our servers, Ferish and Samantha were some of the best by far! Dubai was incredible, wish I had spent a few more days to explore. As for Emirates Airlines, the coach class food was awful! on a 14 hour flight, one dinner, and one breakfast, the snack in between was something close to pizza, terrible! While I was in the bathroom, one of the flight attendants decided to lock the door. Only after pounding about a minute, did someone unlock it. The seatbelt light was not on.

We just had a great experience and vacation in Dubai with Emirates Vacation.

Great organization from the reservation team, airport coordination, hotel arrangements at the Hilton Al Habtoor City; front desk and concierge ( Jonathan did a great job!).
Highly recommend for families!!

That has been wonderful experience including everything; concierge at the Duke (Mohammad) and all staff at the restaurant GBR are excellent ; service is way far over of 5 Stars
I did not have the best view from room but honesty I do not care as we go to the room for sleep only.
Russian speaking staff at the restaurant are very knowledgeable , very helpful good looking people.
all aria is very clean, easy access to everything. there is a lot of construction going on but Dubai is all in build up status today to bring best experience.
Will come back one day for sure and will recommend use Emirates.com for booking. Fly Emirates.
Go rest and fly best airplanes Boeing aircraft and visit all spots.

Emirates vacations was hands down best choice I made to go on our trip to Maldives. From our flight to resorts (pretty much entire trip) was well coordinated and taken care of at an utmost professional level. I am already looking for my next emirates vacation!!!

This is not the first time with Emirates Vacaciones, first I went to Maldives , Sri Lanka and Dubai, Mr Bassem Metwaly arranges everything for us, it was perfect , beautiful vacation , next time I will go more time, because of that I planned a vacation to Bali stoping in Manila and Dubai, with Mrs Ruth Yetbarek, and Mohamed Gaber, it was perfect too, the W Hotel in Dubai was out of this world, incredible, all latest technologies, in Bali , Nusa Dua Hotel was beaurful, now I am planning to go to Kenya in Africa with Emirates a Vacations, I am sure it will perfect as all the other vacations with them

Great trip to the Maldives through Emirates Vacations! We stayed at Kuredu in the Maldives. On the way home we had a 5 hr layover in Dubai so we took that opportunity to hop on the metro train and check out the Dubai Mall area.
