AVOID!
Without realising they are not actual tfl website, I paid £17.50 instead of £12.50 once and it has been okay. The second time I received PCN, and they are saying the tfl declined their charge as it has already been paid exempt some lame excuse. If that was the case why they didn't issue me a refund or let me know in advance? Scammers. It also comes up as the first option on google when you type pay ULEZ. They also state they are not liable for any PCN issued. Will have a court case coming their way

Not a legit TFL website
Not a legit website- first to appear on google search so on me being on 'pilot mode' just clicked and paid- only by calling TFL London to enquire if I needed to pay congestion charge in addition to ULEZ did they say they hadn't received my payment .
Emissioncharge.uk refunded £12.50 of my £17.50 - This is a SCAM company, for their £5 'admin' fee. thankfully I realised and paid TFL in time so didn't get a fine for no payment. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

SCAM TFL SITE. IT WILL COST YOU LOADS OF MONEY
This is not a TFL site , it is as scam.My bank has stopped my card because of the danager that more money will being taken from my account. If payment is not made to TFL the bank will take action to get my money back . If you are reading this you will have probably been scammed. STOP YOUR CARD AND YOUR BANK IS ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK .

Pointless website
Scam company. Ranks top on Google for ulez so assumed it was legit. Then 4 weeks later was stung with a PCN fine from tfl for not paying the charge!

This is a complete scam and they are getting away with charging an extra £5.00 for doing nothing. I paid £17.50 and wanted to check i had the number plate correct. Rather than check this, they took my £5.00 and refunded £12.50 for basically doing sweet fa. They are scammers and they get away with this. How?

Absolutely a scam site. I paid my husband's ulez tax and still got a penalty charge which I have to pay because TfL told me that this company has nothing to do with them. After I sent an email to them they refunded £12.50 instead of £17.50 which they took away. How is possible that police, fraud companies and other government instruments can let those people manipulate and abuse the public? What are you doing with our money because for sure you didn't tell Tfl that we've paid, otherwise the penalty charge will not follow.
