Terrible service
We bought a new bed and mattress two months ago. The delivery was meant to be mid or late Oct. One month later and still nothing has arrived. They're service on their hotline is terrible and they have not once given us a reason why our bed is just not arriving or told us when we can expect it to come. Also no answers to emails.

Worst idea ever to buy thid matress
Worst idea ever to buy without trying, now I hate the influencer in Instragram that recommended this. In real life the latex one of Ikea is much more comfortable (I did not buy the Ikea one because it comes in a huge box as it can't be folded, but now I regret it). At the end the 100 days were not sufficient. I prooved with pics that the mattress has a construction failure (feels like there is a huge buble in the middle and you have to be close to a wall, otherwise you have the feeling you can fall anytime, also very uncomfortable for the head). After months if complaining, no solution was provided. It takes them so long to answer the emails, as if they want you to get tired so that you keep it. They said in the last phone conversation that they were going to pick it up and reimburse me the amount paid, that I would be contacted in a few days for the pick up. Weeks later nothing. Vv fvvvvvv

Had to ask where it was. Promised it would come in 2 weeks...
2 weeks pass. Still no update, so movement on order at all.
Customer service don't care about your needs.
1 month without a mattress. Would you like me to sleep on the floor?
Don't lie to me about order dates. I will not trust your company.

It is a great product and my sleeping experience is much better .than ever before.
I bought last time in Vienna after I could see and try to new Luxury Tobber. I had often problems with my back, since I have the new Tobber, it has improved very much and I am happy I bought the product. Not only this I am leaving in Shanghai, I have purchased a second Luxury Tobber for my apartment.

Disgusted at the total lack of customer service and delaying tactic used to prevent issuing a refund. I purchased Nov 22
10-15 day delivery quoted
Mid Dec email received delay til end Jan 23
Mid Jan further delay email End Feb 23. Refund requested no reply.
I purchased with PayPal Card so it was escalated to PayPal for assistance, Emma replied that there was no expected delivery date for my purchase. Again refund requested suddenly a delivery date appeared on my order and Emma couldn't issue a refund as the item had already been dispatched (I have my doubts as to the truth of this statement) 10 days later the item is still listed as being processed by DHL. Emma still refuses refund until I return the item of refuse delivery. Delivery has now been refused by contacting DHL directly, still waiting on a refund.
