Mattress with defect and company does not seem to care
My mattress came with a defect when I bought it back in July. I've tried emailing, via website request and also calling. No one was able to solve my issue and now I see the purchase marked as "already returned".
They never contacted me back via phone or email.

Got delivered in the timeframe advertised. Since we got the Emma Hybrid we sleep good again. No more back pain in the morning. The cats love it too!

Gave it a second chance and love it
At first I wasn`t sure about the quality, The mattress seemed to be way to soft. But after couple of days I started to loveing it an now, I kind of can't wait to go to bed at night. The best thing is to feel comfortable about the fact of the 100 days test period. SUPER SUPER

first moment I thought the mattress is too soft, but then I realised it's only the top layer, the mattress has a nice compact consistency - I'm sleeping really well, don't have to turn over all night, like on my old mattress

I was a little nervous about buying something so critical online, sight unseen, but the process was easy, the delivery uncomplicated, and the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud.
Unbelievable now every hotel and even my old bed feels like a downgrade now in comparison, which says a lot...(as I had a tempur)
