EXCELLENT COMFORT, GREAT DEALS, AND NO-NONSENSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Emma Sleep. The comfort of the mattress is top-tier, but what makes it even better is that they always run promotions, meaning you can actually get a premium product at a very fair, discounted price.

What really stood out to me was their customer service. They are incredibly efficient, helpful, and straight to the point. It was a bit slow but got there in the end!

I would give 3.5 stars if I could, the quality of the product is good! I had some trouble with deliveries - see boring rant below but I’ve now got my mattress and pillow and had my mattress collected so whilst it was a bit frustrating I’m all sorted!✔️

Here is my original review:
Something is really not working between Emma Sleep and their DX delivery partner. I ordered a mattress and a pillow in April and a mattress collection. A pillow arrived and then some men arrived to collect the mattress but somewhere along the way they lost my new mattress. I called and messaged both DX and Emma and eventually got a new mattress but the team hadn’t been briefed to collect. So we 3 months after I ordered we have a mattress sat outside, I’ve chased three times. The auto email says I’m a top priority so good luck to any customers who aren’t - might need a plan B! Meanwhile I get invited to review my experience and get loads of “hope you’re enjoying your sleep” emails. No Emma Sleep. No.

Terrible communication from Emma…

Terrible communication from Emma regarding any enquiry. Never a response within 48 hours, let alone the 8 business hours they claim to try to achieve. Mattress not delivered, nor old mattress collected on specified delivery date. Payment taken but no info regarding redelivery date or time.

UPDATE:

Emma - Your reply and apology on 30/06/26 is meaningless - actions speak louder than words and you have failed for a second time to deliver the mattress. That's now two days off work waiting for deliveries that didn't materialise, the first time because the order wasn't processed correctly, the second because the courier didn't deliver at the agreed time. Taking time off work for anyone is not easy, especially around family commitments. The communication is so poor and the lengthy response meaningless when you literally fail to deliver, for a second time.

Avoid this company - the service is terrible.

Regarding the logistical side, partner courier systems manage their own specific routes and daily schedules independently, meaning direct control over their exact arrival times is unfortunately limited. This independence can occasionally lead to unexpected logistical delays. Additionally, larger orders are sometimes split into separate shipments by the courier to ensure every single item travels safely and arrives in perfect condition.

To ensure this situation is handled with the highest priority, the concern has already been transferred directly to the senior team. A senior specialist will be in touch via email very shortly to provide you with comprehensive updates and definitive solutions.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I ordered a mattress on 15th June. Had a delivery for 22nd June and a collection. They collected my mattress and was told a delivery was on route. To then get a text to say delivery had been changed to 26th June. 26th June came and still no mattress. Rescheduled for 29th and again a cancelled delivery. Absolutely shocking service. Go elsewhere. Cannot comment on the goods as never got to try!

cured my back pain

10 days ago I was in hospital. i had a CT, a CTPA and a lumbar puncture to try and help my back pain and intense headaches wakening me in the night. they said it was my likely mattress. I got an emma and all pain is gone. they came fast and even took away the back breaker I had before.
10/10 service and a 20/10 supported sleep. cannot recommend enough.

LOVE EMMA

Ok.... i am actually shocked by all the negative reviews on here.
I have had my mattress for 7 years and it really is the best thing since sliced bread.
I dont even have a bedframe or a headboard and it literally feels like im in bed because the quality is so outstanding.
I sleep 8 to 11 hours a night comfortably
And the mattress still going strong.
Cant recommend highly enough so not sure what im missing

Great mattress, speedy delivery.

I opted to go for a refurbished mattress, and was apprehensive as to the quality. I cannot with hand on heart say that I could tell that the mattress was refurbished. Im so glad I went for it, a great buy.

Absolutely fabulous! Sooo comfortable!

Absolutely fabulous! From delivery - the guys were really helpful and took my very heavy old mattress away- they set up my new one gave me advice and even on one of the hottest nights of the year during this heatwave- I slept so well! The mattress is incredibly comfortable and I couldn’t believe how uncomfortable my old one was until my new one arrived!
