Great mattress, speedy delivery.

I opted to go for a refurbished mattress, and was apprehensive as to the quality. I cannot with hand on heart say that I could tell that the mattress was refurbished. Im so glad I went for it, a great buy.

Absolutely fabulous! Sooo comfortable!

Absolutely fabulous! From delivery - the guys were really helpful and took my very heavy old mattress away- they set up my new one gave me advice and even on one of the hottest nights of the year during this heatwave- I slept so well! The mattress is incredibly comfortable and I couldn’t believe how uncomfortable my old one was until my new one arrived!

Avoid.

absolutely awful company i would avoid at all costs… only semi decent thing is their customer service.
ordered a mattress that i never even received because of how long everything was taking. i also paid for a mattress removal but upon receiving my refund confirmation email they infact haven’t refunded me for the mattress removal which i NEVER had because i didn’t get the new mattress.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
the couriers they use are a bunch of crap as well they have terrible customer service

No notification for the updated delivery time

I didn't got any notification for the delivery update and suddenly put the goods in front of my house without any notification. I just found it next to my door when i come back. After further check, I found an email from UPS has been sent to me but it's in the Junk mailbox. I think better to use SMS to notify as well.

Regarding the delivery, it is helpful to clarify that there is no direct control over the specific routes, drop-off methods, or daily schedules used by the partner courier systems, which can sometimes lead to unexpected timing or drops. For instance, when a partner courier updates an estimated arrival time on their own platform, the automated notice might bypass a standard inbox and go to a spam folder, leaving a householder unaware until the goods are already on the property.

Your excellent suggestion to utilize SMS text alerts alongside standard emails is a wonderful idea to ensure messages are seen immediately. We will take it as feedback to help improve future logistics coordination. Your positive initiative to look for the missing message and offer a constructive solution is highly appreciated.

Promotion Acknowledged as Unclear, Still Not Honoured

I purchased an Emma Original Pro Mattress on 5 June 2026 using a Blue Light Card discount code after seeing a promotion advertising a discount together with a "free accessories bundle worth up to £136".

The accessories bundle formed part of my decision to choose the Pro mattress. Had the offer been presented as a discount-only promotion, I would not have selected this mattress.

When the mattress arrived, no accessories were included. After contacting Emma, I was told that the Blue Light Card discount code could not be combined with other promotions. However, I could find no mention of this restriction in the terms available to me at the time of purchase.

Over several emails, I repeatedly asked Emma to identify where customers were informed that using the Blue Light Card discount code would exclude eligibility for the advertised accessories bundle. Despite multiple responses, Emma was unable to provide the specific promotional material or term that clearly communicated this exclusion before purchase.

Emma ultimately acknowledged that "the promotion was not presented as clearly as it should have been" and that the removal of the bundle was a "disappointing surprise". Despite this acknowledgement, they refused to provide the advertised accessories bundle or any equivalent goodwill resolution.

The only practical resolution for me now is to return the mattress under the 200-night trial period. Collection will be arranged at Emma's expense and, once the mattress has been collected and returned, a full refund will be processed.

Customer service was slow to respond initially but staff remained polite throughout the correspondence and provided clear information regarding the return process when asked.

My disappointment is not with the mattress itself, but with the way the promotion was presented and Emma's refusal to honour the offer after acknowledging that it was not communicated clearly. Had the offer been presented accurately from the outset, I would have made a different purchasing decision.

Delivered 2 weeks early 👍🏼

Delivered 2 weeks earlier than estimated. Delivery was efficient and my old mattress was taken away with no fuss. Now enjoying better quality sleep and very pleased all round. The mattress blends support with comfort, and in the hot weather, has been keeping me comfortable, not overheated. I also received a free duvet, mattress protector, 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases, which are all brilliant.

Emma has done a "Bait and Switch"

We purchased a mattress 3 years ago. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Back pain disappeared, no noise when going in and out of bed. Firm but comfortable. Fab. Unfortunately a really noticeable dent appeared in our mattress. We went through the returns process (which was very detailed), and was deemed there was a fault which we could claim under the 10yr warranty. Great.
We started the process of replacement, which we were offered a totally different mattress. We purchased an Emma Premium (retail £1449), however was offered Emma Original (retail £649). We were told this was the most accurate like for like replacement. We disagreed and were offered a full refund. Excellent.
Because we loved the mattress so much, we then purchased the "like for like" Emma Original,which has been widely reported as the direct replacement. Absolute garbage. This mattress was completely horrible. No side walls ,squishy springs. Zero support. 1/2 the weight. Slack,and loose fitting. 10cm shallower. All I can think of is "bait and switch",where Emma relies on Thier great name,and quality product of the past, to sell inferior,cheap,nasty mattresses. Hopefully someone sees this and second guesses thier purchase.

We want to say sorry for the variance in comfort experienced with the Emma Original model compared to your previous setup, and that the internal structure did not match your expectations. Due to our ongoing commitment to improving our product quality, we have discontinued the older all-foam mattress. When comparing old prices to new prices, please remember that the newer mattresses often incorporate technological advancements that enhance quality without inflating the price. For example, the newer hybrid models are designed to be much more durable and resistant to dipping than the older foam models, meaning you are receiving a superior product in terms of longevity. Every mattress model uses a unique combination of foam densities, pocket springs, and layers. If a model that uses completely different materials or has a significantly different internal structure were offered, there is a much higher chance it would not match the comfort and firmness level you expect. The true goal is always to replace a defective item with the closest possible sleep experience, which often means matching the closest equivalent quality level in the current lineup.

More information has already been requested to look into this for you. Kindly fill those details out so further assistance can be provided right away, directly via email once your response is received. Amazing for your (my) back

I cannot believe how amazing the original Pro mattress is. I have had my lower back fused and had been in severe pain every morning for about a week and overnight my back was back to normal. A week later and it's even better, I must have had background pain for ages without acknowledging it and pushing through. I am more capable of using my back again without fear. I didn't realise my mattress had degraded so much and was the cause.
I couldn't be happier

The mattress arrived very quickly which…

The mattress arrived very quickly which I was very pleased about and I was very excited as i have never had a memory foam/hybrid mattress but I have to say the foam on top is very thin and have not not slept well at all, I had to order a memory mattress topper for another £150 on top of the £330 for the matress and I know every one is different but this is just my opinion as I was disappointed with the product

Great mattress and customer service

I needed to return my mattress because it wasn’t the right size for my bed frame (my fault for not measuring it right) but the customer service and return process has been brilliant and very straightforward. I have been able to return this mattress for free and have bought another one that fits. Highly recommend!
