Fantastic top mattress, quick delivery
I was shopping around for a new top mattress, and had heard very good things about Emma from others/online reviews. The site was easy to navigate, the items very clearly described. I went for a "diamond" top mattress, which was described as firm and cooling. The experience was very much that. Really nice and comfortable, firm and not too hot. Very happy with it!

I often work away from home
I often work away from home, spending nights in hotels around the world. Since buying my Emma mattress, I always look forward to coming home and getting the best sleep I've ever gotten!

Extremely long delivery times
Ordered my mattress on September 30th. Delivery was delayed until November 3-9. I have yet to receive it or hear anything from Emma. The website said it would be delivered in 5-10 days when I ordered it.
I then checked the same mattress on their website today - apparently it's delivered in 1-2 days now. Maybe I should've ordered it later, it would've come sooner?
Eta: the shipment has now been delayed a second time for mid November, despite the passive aggressive reply from customer service here. The website still says orders are shipped within 1-2 days.

Ordered an Emma continental bed on Aug 21 and today delivery date is changed third time. Every time 2 days before scheduled date, a new delivery date is posted. Poor customer service to anwser or provide an appropriate reason. Untrustworthy company to wait further.
UPDATE:Today again the delivery date has been postponed for another 15days. So I went ahead and asked for cancellation both by email and phone. After couple of hours, I got a update saying my order is already received at the terminal in my city. So far no communication about shipping, rescheduled dates! So again trust ability factor surfaces!
If there are production issues and problems in delivering orders why is Emma still advertising on discount n delivery in 5-10days?
UPDATE 2: after calling for cancellation, bed is delivered within couple of hours. No shipping information on Emma status page, no mail about shipping or delivery company. The whole service could have been whole lot better. Thanks to the customer service executive Truls, my order was tracked and delivered, on demand

I've had my Emma original mattress…
I've had my Emma original mattress since December, and it's been pure comfort from bedtime to early morning. Warm without making the summer a hot mess. I sleep on my side and on my back, works really well for both. A good night's sleep is true gold!

We received a faulty bed and got a new one!
We recived a faulty bed. And guess what, we had a new bed free of charge within six or seven days.
I love Emma. It is what the ads say, the bed is as good as the ad says.

Works great for all body types.
Very impressed over fast delivery, the price and the sleep experience is great. I use the mattress directly on the floor (Japanese style) and it is great. The resistance is adjusted to your own body weight, so if you like hard or soft mattresses this will work either way. No regrets. Get one!

A good bed for a good price
It's a good bed for a good price. Easy to assemble. The only bad thing with the bed is that our children loves it so much that they rather sleep in our bed than in their own.

Worst consumer experience ever
Worst consumer experience ever.
We bought the bed in the end of May, with due delivery date to 22 June. The delivery has been insanely delayed and we had to do the work ourselves - call Emma almost daily, call the delivery company, everything.
After almost 3 months of the purchase, we decided to cancel it. Now it has been a struggle to even get the money back - the company claims that is with the delivery house so they can't do anything about it.
So 2 months and 2 weeks waiting for delivery and constantly calling and stressing about it + 2 weeks (and counting) to try to get the money back from something we never received.
