Best bed ever
Comfortable and deliver very well when it comes to a sound and deep sleep. My back pain gets much better after a night in the bed.

Very fast delivery and comfortable
Very fast delivery and the mattress is comfortable. The mattress cover arrived with some damage but the customer service was quick to send a replacement for the damaged cover

A mixed and dissapointing experience
I have had a mixed experience with buying a Emma madress. It takes awhile to deliver, it’s being said to be good enough for mmost out of the box (which I doubt at this point).
A got a comfort layer for free. But the bed is not good even with a extra bedding madress. Which is too bad.
If you have any specific needs for how a bed needs to be (and can’t just use any bed there is). It might be worth consider buys a bed in a store instead.

Mattress has not arrived and no reply from customer service so far
I have ordered a mattress a few weeks ago, Klarna has taken my money and I received a delivery note some time ago, however according to the tracking status the mattress has not left Germany yet. I have tried to contact the customer service twice since last week but not received any reply until now. I’ve been really excited when ordering the mattress but so far the experience with this company has been really disappointing.

Have only been using the pillows a few…
Have only been using the pillows a few nights now, but so far there are no complaints! I was using 2-3 pillows to help provide neck support and Emma's Diamond pillow has been able to replace them very well. Between the pillow and the Emma matress, I would highly recommend their high quality products!

Most of the experience went right. They sent a pillow instead of a mattress (??), after that I contacted costumer support which solved the issue promptly and a new delivery was arranged.

Just had enough with them
Just had enough with them! Ordered a continental bed on 15th of November (Sweden) - delivery time 5-7 days. Today is 21st of December and NOTHING!!!! Apparently the bed is still in Germany!!! AND the invoice has to be paid without a bed or any info about when it should arrive.... are they for real???
